520 |a تناولت هذه الدراسة فئة خاصة من المجتمع العلمي وهو المكفوفون وذلك عن طريق دراسة أحوالهم من حيث قبول روايتهم أو ردها وموقف علماء الجرح والتعديل عن كيفية تحملهم الرواية وأدائها، وأن السمع يعد الجارحة الأهم التي يعتمد عليها الأعمى في روايته، وقد قسمت بحثي إلى ثلاث مطالب. أما المقدمة فقد تناولت فيها أهمية الموضوع وأسباب اختيار الموضوع ومنهج البحث. المطلب الأول: تعريف الأعمى في اللغة والاصطلاح وشروط قبول الرواية وأهلية الرواية للأعمى. المطلب الثاني: تناولت فيه موقف علماء الجرح والتعديل وفيه ثلاث آراء: قبول الرواية أو عدم قبولها مطلقا أو قبولها بشروط. المطلب الثالث: تناولت فيه الصحابة المصابون بالعمى والرواة المكفوفون الذين روى لهم الأمام البخاري وقول أئمة الجرح والتعديل فيهم والرواة الذين روى لهم الإمام مسلم وقول العلماء فيهم وبعدها أخذت نبذة من الرواة المكفوفون الذين لا تقبل روايتهم بسبب ضعفهم الشديد أو اختلاطهم بسبب العمى إليها.  |b This study dealt with a special category of the scientific community ,who are blind, by studying their conditions in terms of accepting or rejecting their novel and the position of wound scientists and modification about the adequacy of endurance and performance ,and that hearing is considered the most important prey on which the blind depends in his novel, and, I have divided my research into three demands. As for the introduction, it dealt with the importance of the topic, the reasons for choosing the topic and the research methodology The first requirement: the definition of the blind in language and terminology, the conditions for accepting the novel and the eligibility of the novel for the blind. The second requirement: in which I addressed the position of the scholars of wounding and modification and in which there are three opinions: acceptance of the novel or not to accept it at all or accept it but with conditions. The third demand: in which I dealt with the blind companions and blind narrators to whom Imam Bukhari narrated and said the imams of the wound and the modification in them and the narrators to whom Imam Muslim narrated and the words of the scholars in them and then took a repudiation from the blind narrators whose account is not accepted because of their extreme weakness or mixing due to blindness. As for the conclusion, it included the most important findings reached.
