المستخلص: من الحقائق التاريخية أن الحضارة بكل ما فيها من سمات الرقي ومفاهيم التطور احتضنتها تربة وادي الرافدين..، ففي العراق العريق تفتقت معظم العبقريات، وبرز أكابر الأدباء والحكماء والفقهاء والعلماء والفلاسفة. وشاعرنا محمد بن سليمان المعروف بـ (فضولي البغدادي) (900-963ه/1492-1555م) قد نهل من عذب الفراتين، ونال شهرة واسعة، وطغى صيتهُ على مشاهير عصره ومن جايله نظمًا ونثراً وعلماً.. وفضولي البغدادي شاعر عراقي تركماني عاش عهدين متتالين من تاريخ العراق (الصفوي والعثماني) حتى تجاوزت سمعته حدود بلده إلى بلاد فارس والأناضول بل إلى بلدان أخرى من العالم مؤثرًا فيها دون محاكاة شعرائها. وقد تناولته بالبحث والدراسة أقلام غير عراقية فارتأيت أن يناله جهد الباحثين من أبناء وطنه، فولد هذا البحث الموسوم بـ (فضولي البغدادي..شاعر الوطن والطف). ولا يخفى على الدارسين أن هناك شتات من الأفكار والأخبار في مقالات ومخطوطات متفرقة مكاناً وزماناً حول فضولي البغدادي، وما كتب عنه بالمجمل هو أقرب إلى المقالات منها إلى البحوث، وأقرب إلى البحوث منها إلى الكتب..، ولا تغطي المساحة الواسعة التي شغلها شاعرنا البغدادي. ولمقتضيات منهجية جاء هذا البحث المتواضع في فصلين وخاتمة: حمل الفصل الأول عنوان (فضولي البغدادي..شاعر الوطن)، وضم مبحثين: الأول (حياته..وعصره)، والثاني (أغراضه الشعرية..وآثاره الأدبية). وحمل الفصل الثاني عنوان (فضولي البغدادي..شاعر الطف)، وضم كذلك مبحثين الأول (تركمان العراق وحب آل البيت-فضولي أنموذجاً)، والثاني (شاعريته الصوفية..والأدب الحسيني). وجاءت الخاتمة بمثابة قراءة نقدية لما تضمنه البحث، فضلاً عن بعض الاستنتاجات، أما مصادر البحث ومراجعه فقد تعددت وتنوعت، ويقف في مقدمتها كتب الفضولي ودواوينه الشعرية التي كتبها باللغة العربية.

It is a historical fact that civilization with all its features of sophistication and concepts of development was embraced by the soil of the Mesopotamian Valley.. In ancient Iraq, most geniuses have emerged, and the greatest writers, sages, jurists, scientists and philosophers have emerged. Our poet Muhammad ibn Suleiman, known as (Fawzi al-Baghdadi) (900-963 AH/1492-1555 AD), was inspired by the torture of the Euphrates, gained wide fame, and his reputation overshadowed the famous people of his time and from his generation systems, prose and science. Fawzi al-Baghdadi is an Iraqi-Turkmen poet who lived two consecutive periods of Iraq's history (Safavid and Ottoman) until his reputation went beyond the borders of his country to Persia, Anatolia and even to other countries of the world in which he influenced without emulating their poets. I have dealt with it with research and study by non-Iraqi pens and I hoped that the efforts of researchers from his compatriots would receive it, and this research was born marked with (Fawzi al-Baghdadi .. poet of the homeland and kindness). It is no secret to the scholars that there is a diaspora of ideas and news in articles and manuscripts scattered in place and time about Baghdadi's curiosity, and what was written about him in general is closer to articles than to research, and closer to research than to books.. , and does not cover the vast area occupied by our poet Baghdadi. For the requirements of the methodology this modest research came in two chapters and a conclusion: The first chapter was entitled "Fawzi al-Baghdadi .. the poet of the homeland", and included two sections: the first (his life .. and his era), and the second (his poetic purposes .. and literary effects). The second chapter was entitled "Fawzi al-Baghdadi .. the poet of kindness", and also included two sections, the first (Turkmen of Iraq and the love of the family of the house - curious as a model), and the second (his Sufi poetry .. and Hussein literature). The conclusion came as a critical reading of what was included in the research, as well as some conclusions, while the sources and references of the research have varied and varied, foremost among which are the books of the curious and his poetic books written in Arabic.
