| 520 | |b This paper aims to study the impact of a possible reform of fuel price subsidies in Algeria. Using an EGC model, we simulated two scenarios. The results of the first scenario show an increase in income and public savings following the reduction in subsidies. In the second scenario, the reform compensation measure improved household well-being and increased state income, following the redistribution of the recycled amount of subsidies in the form of direct aid to households. |d L’objectif de ce papier est d’étudier l’impact d’une éventuelle réforme des subventions aux prix des carburants en Algérie. À l’aide d’un modèle EGC, nous avons simulé deux scénarios. Les résultats du premier scenario montrent une hausse du revenu et de l’épargne publique suite à la reduction des subventions. Dans le deuxième scénario, la mesure de compensation de la réforme a amélioré le bien-être des ménages et a augmenté le revenu de l’État, suite à la redistribution du montant recyclé des subventions sous forme d’aides directes aux ménages. | ||
