المستخلص: هدفت البحث تعرف أداء المرشد التربوي العراقي في معالجة الآثار السلبية لجائحة كورونا، وعرض أفضل الخبرات العالمية في معالجة الآثار السلبية لجائحة كورونا، وهي: (الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، المملكة العربية السعودية، المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية)، وأخيرا تقديم تصور مقترح لتطوير أداء المرشد التربوي العراقي في معالجة الآثار السلبية لجائحة كورونا (كوفيد-19) وفق خبرات عالمية، واستخدم البحث منهجين هما: المنهج الوصفي، والمنهج الاستكشافي، بالإضافة إلى استخدام أسلوب التحليل البيئي SWOT لتحقيق أهداف البحث، وتوصل البحث إلى أهمية الاستفادة من تقديم الخدمات الإرشادية عن بعد في تطوير أداء المرشد التربوي، كما يمكن الاستفادة من المنصات الإلكترونية في تبادل الخبرات والتجارب الناجحة ميدانية ومحليا وإقليما ودوليا عبر منصات الإلكترونية، بالإضافة إلى تقديم تصور مقترح وفق التجارب العالمية يحدد فيه دور وزارة التربية العراقية، ودور المديريات العامة للتربية، دور المدرسة ودور المرشد التربوي نفسه.

The research aimed to identify the performance of the Iraqi educational counselor in dealing with the negative effects of the Corona pandemic, and to present the best international experiences in dealing with the negative effects of the Corona pandemic, namely: (United States of America, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan), and finally to present a proposed vision for developing the performance of the Iraqi educational counselor. In addressing the negative effects of the Corona pandemic (Covid-19) according to international experiences, the research used two approaches: the descriptive approach, and the exploratory approach, in addition to using the SWOT environmental analysis method to achieve the research objectives. The research concluded the importance of benefiting from the provision of extension services remotely in developing The performance of the educational counselor, and electronic platforms can also be used to exchange experiences and successful experiences in the field, locally, regionally and internationally via electronic platforms, in addition to presenting a proposed vision according to international experiences in which the role of the Iraqi Ministry of Education, the role of the General Directorates of Education, the role of the school and the role of the educational counselor himself is presented.
