المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على المحددات أو العوامل الأكثر مساهمه وتسببا في ضعف أداء بورصة الجزائر، ومن ثم اقتراح الميكانيزمات الضرورية لتجاوزها. وتوصلت أن كل العوامل المدروسة تساهم في ضعف أداء بورصة الجزائر من وجهة نظر عينة من المهنيين والأكاديميين المتخصصين لكن بدرجات متفاوتة، بحيث تعتبر العوامل الاجتماعية هي الأكثر مساهمه، تليها نظيرتها الاقتصادية، فالعملياتية ثم السياسية لتأتي العوامل الدينية وأخيرا القانونية.

This study aims to identify the determinants or factors that most contribute and cause the poor performance of the Algiers Stock Exchange, and then propose the necessary mechanisms to overcome them. The study found that all the factors studied contribute to the weak performance of the Algiers Stock Exchange from the point of view of a sample of specialized professionals and academics, but to varying degrees, so that the social factors are considered the most contributory, followed by their economic counterpart, the operational and then the political, to come the religious and finally legal factors.

Cette étude vise à identifier les déterminants ou facteurs qui contribuent et causent le plus la mauvaise performance de la Bourse d'Alger, puis proposer les mécanismes nécessaires pour les surmonter. L'étude a révélé que tous les facteurs étudiés contribuent à la faible performance de la Bourse d'Alger du point de vue d'un échantillon de professionnels et d'universitaires spécialisés, mais à des degrés divers, de sorte que les facteurs sociaux sont considérés comme les plus contributifs, suivis par son homologue économique, opérationnel puis politique, puis religieux et enfin juridique.
