|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في تأثيرات النزاعات على استقرار الدولة واحتمالات بناء السلام في منطقة غرب إفريقيا من خلال النموذج المالي، وتبين لنا كيف أن الواقع المجتمعي الذي طبع هذه الدولة جعل منها في بادية الأمر دولة تعاني عجزا بنيويا، لتطور الأمور بعد ذلك وتصبح دولة تعاني العديد من الأزمات ليس أولها النزعات المستمرة بين الحين والآخر، ولن يكون آخرها انهيار مؤسسات الدولة فيها، الأمر الذي يطرح عدة علامات استفهام حول السبيل للخروج من هذا الواقع والتأسيس لمرحلة سلام مستدام.
|b The aim of this study was to show the impact of conflicts on the stability of the state and to know the possibilities of building peace in the West African region through the Mali state model. It seemed to us how the societal reality that characterized this state made it at first a state that suffers a structural deficit, and then a state that suffers from many crises starting with internal conflicts and ending with the collapse of its institutions. This matter raised question marks about the possible way to get out of this reality and start In the process of building a lasting peace.
