المستخلص: يتناول هذا البحث أحكام الرقية بالقرآن الكريم؛ ببيان معناها، وأدلة مشروعيتها، وعلاقتها بتمام التوكل، وحكم أخذ الأجرة عليها، وأنواعها وطرقها وآدابها، وذكر أخطاء في الرقية. ومن أبرز نتائج البحث: الرقية بالقرآن الكريم مشروعة بالكتاب والسنة والإجماع والقياس، ورقية الإنسان لنفسه بالقرآن الكريم، ورقية غيره له دون طلب منه، تعدان من بذل الأسباب للشفاء ولا تقدحان في تمام التوكل، بينما طلب الرقية من الغير يقدح في تمام التوكل على القول الراجح، ويجوز أخذ أجرة مناسبة على الرقية بالقرآن الكريم، وتتنوع الرقية من جهة مشروعيتها إلى رقية مشروعة ورقية ممنوعة، ومن جهة أسبابها إلى رقية من الأمراض العضوية ورقية من الأمراض المعنوية، ومن جهة وقتها إلى رقية قبل البلاء لدفعه ورقية بعد البلاء لرفعه، وطرق الرقية بالقرآن الكريم الثابتة في السنة النبوية متنوعة، فمنها القراءة على موضع المرض، ومنها القراءة مع النفث، ومنها مع التفل، ومنها مع المسح باليد على موضع المرض، وغيرها، وهناك آداب عديدة ينبغي أن يتحلى بها الراقي والمرقي، وهناك أخطاء عند بعض الرقاة المعاصرين ينبغي الحذر منها كبيع الوهم للمريض، والتوسع في الضرب وكذلك الصعق الكهربائي، والرقية عن بعد، وغيرها، وأخطرها: تلبس بعض المشعوذين والسحرة والكهان بلباس الرقاة، وإيقاعهم الناس في الشرك والبدعة. ومن أبرز توصيات البحث: العمل على تنظيم مراكز الرقية الشرعية بإصدار رخصة تأهيل للراقي الشرعي، تمنح للمؤهلين منهم عن طريق لجنة شرعية بوزارة الأوقاف والشؤون الإسلامية، وتضع الضوابط والرقابة لهذه المراكز والقائمين عليها، وتمنع استغلالهم للناس، وتضيق الخناق على السحرة والمشعوذين والكهان والجهال من ولوج هذا الباب.

This research deals with rulings of Islamic incantation in the Holy Qur’an by explaining its meaning, evidence of its legitimacy, its relationship with Full reliance on God, the ruling on taking a charge for it, its types, methods, and etiquette, as well as mentioning some mistakes related to it. Among the key prominent results of the research: 1. Incantation by the Noble Qur’an is legal according to the Qur’an, Sunnah, consensus, and analogy. 2. A person who is doing himself incantation with the Holy Qur’an, and others doing the same for him without his request, are considered one of the reasons for healing and do not contradict with full reliance on God, while asking others to do incantation for you, has doubts of the full reliance on God according to scientists' right sayings. 3. It is permissible to take an appropriate charge for doing incantation according to the Holy Quran. 4. Incantation varies in terms of its legality to be either legal or forbidden, and from the point of view of its causes: incantation from physical and non-physical diseases and with reference to the perfect timing: to do it either before calamity to prevent, or, after the calamity to relieve its consequences. 5. Authenticated methods of doing incantation with the Noble Qur’an in Sunnah are varied. Some of them are recitation on the place of illness, among them is recitation with the breath, with spitting(dregs), and others with wiping by hand on the place of the disease, and so on…... 6. There are many good manners that the person who does incantation and who receives it have to stick to. 7. There are mistakes among some contemporary persons who do incantation that we should be aware of, such as marketing delusion to sick people, beating violently, as well as electrocution, in addition to doing online incantation, and so on. The most dangerous one is when Some charlatans, witches, and fortune tellers deceive people by playing the role of sheikhs who do incantation. Among the key prominent recommendations of the research: Organizing legal Islamic incantation centers by allowing them to issue a license for qualified people who do incantation, given to those who are qualified according to a legal committee at the Ministry of Endowment and Islamic Affairs, and set regulations to control these centers and those in charge of them, and prevent their exploitation of people, and tighten rules on charlatans, witches, and, fortunetellers and ignorant people from joining those who do legal incantations.
