المستخلص: هذه الدراسة سعت إلى تسليط الضوء على مبادئ وثيقة مهمة ألا وهي وثيقة مكة، وتحليلها واستخلاص أبرز مرتكزات التواصل الحضاري وكيفية الوصول لسبل تعزيزه التي دعت رابطة العالم الإسلامي إليها من خلال هذه الوثيقة. ومن أهداف هذه الدراسة: التعرف على أهم المفاهيم والمصطلحات ذات الصلة بالتواصل الحضاري، وبيان مرتكزات التواصل الحضاري بين الأمم المختلفة التي نادت بها الوثيقة، والتعرف على سبل تعزيز ذلك التواصل الحضاري. ولقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الاستقرائي (الناقص) لتحقيق تلك الأهداف والإجابة عن تساؤلات البحث. كما خلصت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج، منها: أن التبادل والتفاعل بين الحضارات لا يلغي خصوصية أي حضارة، وإنما يزيد من وعي الأفراد بقيم الحياة ومقوماتها، كما أن من شأنه تقريب الصلات بين الأفراد، وإزالة الكثير من المخاوف والأحكام المسبقة، من مرتكزات التواصل الحضاري تأكيد النقاط المشتركة بين الحضارات، والانطلاق منها لمد جسور التواصل الإنساني: كالإنسانية، وأصل الديانات السماوية، ومعيار التفضيل، وسنة الاختلاف والتعدد، ومن سبل تعزيز التواصل الحضاري: معالجة المعوقات التي تقلل من فاعلية التواصل الحضاري مثل: التعصب والكراهية والعنف والإرهاب، واستغلال مقدرات الشعوب. ومن توصيات الدراسة: يجدر التركيز على بناء شخصية الإنسان المسلم المتكاملة الجوانب، وإبراز ركائز الإسلام وقيمه الداعية للتعايش، والقبول بالآخر، وعدم إقصائه، دعم الباحثين والأكاديميين المختصين في الجامعات ومراكز البحوث التي تتعلق بالتواصل الحضاري وفق قيم إسلامية صحيحة، وإصدار موسوعة علمية متعلقة بالحضارة الإسلامية، العمل على دحض الشبهات، والانتقادات الموجهة ضد الإسلام والمسلمين، وإظهار زيف تلك الافتراءات وفشلها، وإبراز التعاليم السمحة التي تقوم على التعددية، والحق، والعدل، والاحترام، والخير للإنسانية جمعاء.

This study seeks to shed light on the principles of an important document, namely Makkah Document, by analyzing it and pinpointing the most important foundations of cultural communication and trying to reach to the means for enhancing it, something the Association of Islamic World called for through this document. Among the objectives of this study is to identify the most important concepts and terminology related to cultural communication, to clarify its foundations among the different nations that the document called for, and to establish methods to enhance that cultural communication. The researcher used the incomplete inductive approach to achieve these goals and to answer the research questions. The study concluded with a number of results, including: The exchange and interaction between civilizations does not eliminate the privacy of any civilization, but rather increases the awareness of individuals about the values and components of life, and it also bridges the gap between individuals and removes many concerns and prejudices. The commonality of civilizations is one of these foundations, and starting from enhancing common points between civilizations is to build bridges of human communication: such as humanity, the origin of the divine religions, the criterion of preference, and the naturality of difference and multiplicity. One of the ways of strengthening cultural communication is addressing the obstacles that reduce the effectiveness of this communication, such as: intolerance, hatred, violence and terrorism, and the exploitation of peoples' potentials. Among the recommendations of the study is that it is worth focusing on building the personality of the Muslim human being integrated in all its aspects, highlighting the pillars of Islam and its values, calling for coexistence and acceptance of the other and not excluding it. Supporting researchers and academics in universities and research centers specialized in cultural communication according to true Islamic values to issue a scientific encyclopedia related to Islamic civilization. Finally, working to refute the suspicions and criticisms directed against Islam and Muslims and show the falsehood and failure of these fabrications, and to highlight the tolerant teachings, which are based on multiplicity, truth, justice, respect and goodness for all humanity.
