يتناول هذا البحث أصحاب الوظائف في المدينة المنورة والمسجد النبوي الشريف عام ١٠٥٥ هـ /١٦٤٥م ممن خصصت لهم حنطة الجراية السنوية الوقفية التي كانت ترسل لأهالي المدينة المنورة، ويشمل كل الوظائف الموجودة آنذاك سواء أكانت في المدينة المنورة مثل: نقيب الأشراف، وناظر عين الزرقاء، وناظر وقف المرادية، وشيخ مقام سيدنا حمزة، وعبيد عين الزرقاء.. إلخ، أم كانت الوظائف في المسجد النبوي الشريف. مثل: الآغاوات، وكاتب الحرم، ومكبري الحرم، ورئيس المؤذنين، ومشد الحرم وكناس الحرم، ونقاش الحرم، ومهندس الحرم.. إلخ وقد أورد الباحث وصفا عاما للسجل المحفوظ في الأرشيف العثماني، في تصنيف CEVDET-EVKAF: ٣٦٧/١٨٦٠٧ ويقع في أربع عشرة ورقة من القطع الكبير ضمن السجلات الخاصة بجراية أهالي المدينة المنورة، كما شرح المصطلحات المستخدمة فيه، والتواريخ المذكورة في السجل، مع إيراد كميات الحنطة المخصصة لأولئك الموظفين، وذكر أسماء الأسر القاطنة في المدينة المنورة، كما تناول مقارنة بين تلك المخصصات من حيث صاحب أكبر مخصص وأقله.
The research tackles incumbents in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah and the Noble Prophet’s Mosque (Al-Masjid an-Nabawi) in 1055 AH/ 1645 Ad, which were allocated for them a wheat annual rations of Waqf that were sent to the people of Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah. Moreover, the research tackles all jobs at that time, whether in Al-Madinah such as Head of the descendants of the prophet, Blue eye officer, waqf officer of El Mouradia, Sheikh Hamza Maqam, Blue eye Slaves... etc., or the jobs were in the Noble Prophet’s Mosque. Such as Aghas (The aghas dedicated their lives to the service of the two holy mosques), Al-Haram Secretary, Speakers of Al-Haram, the Head of muezzins, Al-Haram Agha supervisor, Al-Haram Sweeper, Al-Haram Painter, Al-Haram Engineer... etc. The researcher has cited a generic description of the register preserved in the Ottoman archive, in the classification of CEVDET- EVKAF: 367/18607 in fourteen sheets of large pieces within the records of the rations of the people of Al Madinah Al-Munawwarah. The researcher also explained the terms and dates used in the register, with the quantities of wheat allocated for those incumbents, and the names of the families living in Al-Madinah. Furthermore, the researcher has made a comparison between those allocations in terms of the largest and least allocation.
