|a إن تأثير وسائل الإعلام على المجتمع ظاهرة خطيرة، لا يمكن اختزالها ولا عزلها حال نظرنا في إصلاح الأفراد، وقد أثبتت الدراسات على مر العصور أهمية الدور المناط بها في تغيير البنيات الاجتماعية، فقد كانت ولازالت العلاقة بين الظاهرة الاتصالية والاجتماعية من بين أهم المواضيع التي حظيت باهتمام بالغ من قبل الباحثين والمختصين، وهو ما يفسر اعتماد الجهات الحكومية، وكذا مؤسسات المجتمع المدني عليها؛ في تمرير رسائل ومضامين من شأنها التأثير في توجهات الجمهور وقيمه بل ومعتقدات المتلقي؛ قصد إصلاح الأفراد والحفاظ على انتظام المجموع؛ ومن أجلى المجالات التي ينبغي أن يهتم فيها بذلك؛ المنظومة الجنائية؛ فليس يخفي ما لتلك الوسائل من أثر بليغ في الحد من الظاهرة الإجرامية؛ متكاملة في ذلك المقصد مع مقومات التنشئة الاجتماعية ومرتكزاتها. وهذا ما تهدف إليه هذه الورقة البحثية من خلال معرفة مدى مساهمة وسائل الإعلام في الحد من الجريمة من خلال دورها التوعوي الذي تقتضيه مسؤوليتها الاجتماعية.
|b The impact of the media on society is a fact that can’t be denied or underestimated, the studies over the centuries have shown the role played by the media in changing social structures, the relationship between the communication phenomenon and social is still one of the most important topics that have attracted great attention by the Researchers and specialists, which explains the dependence of governmental and non-governmental entities on these means to pass messages and contents that will affect the orientations, values and beliefs of the receiving public by "Influencing the formation of the perceptual and cognitive structure of individuals and the society in which they live, as this structure contributes to shaping the perception of individuals and society towards certain issues, and the media is also able to change the behavior and patterns of society. Through this research paper, we try to find out the extent of the media's contribution to reducing crime through its educational role, which is required by its social responsibility.
