المستخلص: This study is to examine the understanding of the concept of trust among Agrobank employees in the Melaka/Johor region according to the al-sunnah perspective. By using quantitative methods, the researcher details the objective of the study, which is to identify the level of understanding of the staff towards the concept of trust. A total of 50 staff members participated in this study. The finding from this study is that Agrobank Wilayah Melaka/Johor staff understand the concept of Amanah well although there are some who lack understanding of the practicalities of the Trust as a whole. In conclusion. his study can provide individuals with an understanding of the concept of Trust and how to apply it in their lives. Employers can also assist by providing understanding to staff of the Trust's concept in the organisation as well as enforcing the law in their sector. Conclusion. Trust is a noble trait. Without a Trust, a society and organization will collapse and cause chaos.

Kajian ini adalah untuk mengkaji kefahaman konsep Amanah dalam kalangan kakitangan pekerja Agrobank di wilayah Melaka/Johor menurut perspektif Al-Sunnah. Dengan menggunakan kaedah kuantitatif, pengkaji memperincikan objektif kajian iaitu mengenalpasti tahap kefahaman kakitangan terhadap konsep Amanah. Seramai 50 orang kakitangan telah mengambil bahagian dalam kajian ini. Dapatan kajian ini adalah kakitangan Agrobank Wilayah Melaka/Johor memahami konsep Amanah dengan baik walaupun terdapat segelintir yang kurang memahami praktikal Amanah secara keseluruhan. Oleh itu, pemahaman mereka dalam konsep Amanah adalah tinggi dengan mencapai min yang tinggi. Kajian ini dapat memberikan kefahaman kepada individu berkenaan konsep Amanah dan cara mengaplikasinya dalam kehidupan mereka. Majikan juga boleh membantu dengan memberi kefahaman kepada kakitangan tentang konsep Amanah dalam organisasi disamping menguatkuasakan undang-undang dalam sektor mereka. Kesimpulannya, Amanah ialah satu sifat yang mulia. Tanpa Amanah, sesebuah masyarakat dan organisasi akan runtuh dan menyebabkan keadaan menjadi huru-hara
