المستخلص: إن الرؤية المقترحة في هذا البحث تقوم على طرح موضوع أغرقة مؤسسات الحكم والإدارة والجيش في مصر البطلمية (323-31ق.م) من خلال التركيز على تأسيس الدولة وتنظيم مؤسساتها الداخلية ونقل العاصمة من منف إلى الإسكندرية، وتولى المناصب السيادية والمالية والإدارية وتكوين الجيش البطلمي، وتداعيات أغرقة مؤسسات الدولة على مصر. قسم الموضوع إلى مقدمة وأربعة محاور رئيسة وخاتمة وقائمة المصادر والمراجع، فالمحور الأول يتناول تأسيس دولة البطالمة، ويتطرق المحور الثاني لتنظيم المؤسسات الداخلية، ويعالج المحور الثالث تكوين الجيش البطلمي، وخصص المحور الرابع والأخير للحديث عن تداعيات أغرقة مؤسسات الدولة البطلمية.

The proposed vision in this research is based on raising the issue of applying the Hellenistic model of the institutions of governance, administration and the army in Ptolemaic Egypt (323-31 BC) by focusing on the establishment of the state, the organization of its internal institutions, the transfer of the capital from Memphis to Alexandria, the assumption of sovereign, financial, and administrative positions, the formation of the Ptolemaic army, and the repercussions of applying the Hellenistic model state institutions into Egypt. The research was divided into an introduction, four main themes, a conclusion, and a list of sources and references. The first theme deals with the establishment of the Ptolemaic state, the second theme deals with the organization of internal institutions, the third theme deals with the formation of the Ptolemaic army, and the fourth and final theme is devoted to talking about the repercussions of applying the Hellenistic model institutions of the Ptolemaic state.
