المستخلص: الهدف الأساسي من هذه المقالة البحثية: توضيح التربية الملهمة: مفهومها، وأهدافها وأنماطها، وكما هي مستنبطة من القدوة- ملهم البشرية- محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم. خلصت هذه المقالة أن التربية الملهمة تعني التربية التي تهتم بتنمية الجوانب الإبداعية لدي الآخرين، متضمنة الأنشطة التربوية التي تنمي تلك الأفكار الإبداعية، وتثريها، كما يمتلك القائمون عليها وعيا باستراتيجيات وأساليب هذه الأنشطة الملهمة والإيجابية، وتتعاظم هذه المسؤوليات في ظل التحديات الكثيرة التي تواجه عملية التربية في الوقت الحالي. وتعتمد فلسفة التربية الملهمة على عدة أمور، منها: المحبة، المسؤولية، المتابعة والمصادقة، المتعة والترويح. أما أهم أنماط التربية الملهمة، فهي: التربية الإيجابية، التربية اللطيفة، التربية العاطفية، والتربية القائمة على الضوابط. كما لخصت هذه المقالة البحثية مفاهيم ومرتكزات التربية الملهمة من خلال ملهم البشرية صلى الله عليه وسلم (قدوة) في المحاور التالية: التربية بالملاحظة التربية بالعادة التربية بالإشارة، التربية بالموعظة وهدي السلف الصالح فيها، التربية بالترهيب والترغيب وضوابطها، التربية بالتفاؤل، التربية بالحمد، التربية بالعطاء، التربية بالجمال. أوصت هذه المقالة بضرورة العمل على تبني هذه الأنماط التربوية المثمرة بمؤسساتنا التعليمية.

The main objective of this article is to clarify the inspirational education: its concept, objectives, and patterns, and as it is derived from the example- the inspiration of humanity- Muhammad, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him. This article concluded that inspirational education means education that is concerned with developing the creative aspects of others, including educational activities that develop and enrich those creative ideas at present. Those in charge of it are also aware of the strategies and methods of these inspiring and positive activities, and these responsibilities are growing in light of the many challenges facing the education process at the present time. The philosophy of inspirational education depends on several things, including: love- responsibility- follow-up and approval- fun and recreation. As for the most important patterns of inspiring education, they are: positive education- gentle education- emotional education- education based on disciplines. This article also summarized the concepts and foundations of inspiring education through the inspirer of humanity, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him (a role model) in the following themes:- Education by observation- Education by habit- Education by reference- Education by exhortation and the guidance of the righteous predecessor in it- Education by intimidation and encouragement and its controls- Education with optimism- Education with praise Education by giving- education by beauty. This article recommended the need to work on adopting these fruitful educational patterns in our educational institutions.
