يهدف البحث للتعرف على المعوقات التي تؤثر على توجه طلاب كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة لتخصص الجمباز، وقد تم تطبيق المنهج الوصفي باستخدام استمارة الاستبيان كأداة للدراسة وذلك على عينة تم اختيارها بالطريقة العشوائية من مجتمع البحث، حيث بلغ عدد أفرادها (40) طالب بنسبة (68.966 %) تقريبا من مجتمع البحث، وقد تمت معالجة البيانات إحصائيا باستخدام الحقيبة الإحصائية الجاهزة SPSS وبالشكل الذي يخدم هدف البحث. وأشارت أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الباحثة إلى أن أهم المعوقات التي تؤثر في توجه الطلاب نحو تخصص الجمباز تتمثل في غياب الوعي الثقافي داخل المجتمع بأهمية رياضة الجمباز، وعدم تنظيم منافسات محلية خاصة برياضة الجمباز، وعدم الاهتمام برياضة الجمباز في مؤسسات التعليم العام مما يقلل من فرص العمل للطلاب بعد التخرج، وعدم الاهتمام بموعد محاضرة الجمباز من حيث الزمن الدراسي وذلك بسبب المسافة بين مكان صالة تدريب الجمباز والملاعب الرياضية الأخرى، وعدم اهتمام إدارة الكلية بتنظيم فرق خاص برياضة الجمباز، وعدم الاهتمام بوسائل الأمن والسلامة داخل صالة الجمباز، وعدم قدرة الكادر التعليمي التدريبي على تعليم وتدريب المهارات في رياضة الجمباز من حيث أسلوب التعليم والتدريب وفقا للمستوى البدني للطلاب، وعدم الاهتمام بصالة الجمباز من حيث توفر الأجهزة القانونية الحديثة والأجهزة المساعدة وكذلك قلة استخدام كل ما هو مستجد من وسائل تعليمية وتدريبية حديثة.
The research aims to identify the obstacles that affect the orientation of the students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences to specialize in gymnastics. The descriptive approach was applied using the questionnaire as a tool for the study, on a randomly selected sample from the research community, where the number of its members was (40) students with a percentage of (68.966%) Approximately, from the research community, the data has been statistically processed using the ready-made statistical bag (SPSS) in a way that serves the goal of the research. The most important findings of the researcher indicated that the most important obstacles that affect students’ orientation towards gymnastics are the absence of cultural awareness within the community of the importance of gymnastics, the lack of organizing local competitions for gymnastics, and the lack of interest in gymnastics in public education institutions, which reduces job opportunities for students. After graduation, the lack of interest in the date of the gymnastics lecture in terms of academic time, because of the competition between the location of the gymnastics training hall and other sports fields, the lack of interest of the college administration in organizing gymnastics teams, the lack of attention to security and safety means inside the gymnastics hall, and the inability of the training educational staff to teach and train skills in Gymnastics Sport in terms of the method of education and training according to the physical level of the students. The promise of attention to the gymnasium in terms of the availability of modern legal and auxiliary devices, as well as the lack of use of all the new educational and training methods.
