المستخلص: يتناول موضوع البحث نمذجة تغيرات استخدامات الأرض الحضرية بالمدينة المنورة لرصد التغيرات التي طرأت على خريطة استخدامات الأرض للمدينة المنورة وفقا لرؤية المملكة ٢٠٣٠ اعتمادا على تحليل الصورة الفضائية للمدينة بهدف التعرف على توزيع استخدامات الأرض الحضرية في ضوء تزايد حركة النمو العمراني للمدينة، ومن ثم يمكن قراءة وتحليل الهيكل العام لاستخدامات الأرض بها، والذي يمكننا من تقييم الوضع الراهن من خلال قياس انتشار وتوزيع الاستخدامات الحالية والقيام بوظائفها وأدوارها الحضرية، فضلا عن الأدوار والوظائف الإقليمية والدولية الأخرى المرتبطة بتدفقات الحجاج والمعتمرين والزائرين، والتي تشكل مكونا عضويا في الوظائف الحضرية على مستوى المدينة المنورة من حيث توصيف عناصرها المختلفة وخصوصية حالة بعض نوعياتها، وكذلك عرض لمساحاتها وتوزيعها الكمي ودرجة توازنها وتقييم كفاءة كل منها، ودراسة التوزيع المكاني لها، وعلاقة هذا التوزيع بخصائص الموضع والموقع. وقد تميزت استخدامات الأرض الحضرية داخل أحياء المدينة المنورة وفقا لرؤية المملكة ٢٠٣٠ بكونها متغيرة في درجة وظيفتها خلال تلك الفترة نتيجة لزيادة أو انخفاض مساحات الاستخدامات المختلفة داخل الحي الواحد، وإظهار مدى التغير في مساحات هذه الاستخدامات، وأهم العوامل المؤثرة في هذا التغير، وتطور نصيب الفرد من مساحة الاستخدام كدلالة على مدى تأثير هذا على تطور حجم السكان خلال تلك المرحلة والتي زاد فيها حجم السكان لأكثر من ٢٥٠ ألف نسمة تقريبا، والتي ترتبط بتحديد نوعيات استخدامات الأراضي وتوصيفاتها المختلفة بالإضافة إلى خصوصية حالة بعض نوعياتها في المدينة المنورة والمساحات التي تشغلها كل من نوعيات هذه الاستخدامات المختلفة وتوطن والتوزيع المكاني لكل من نوعيات الاستخدامات المختلفة، وعلاقة هذا التوطن والتوزيع بخصائص الموضع والموقع لكل استخدام، ومدي كفاءة هذه العلاقات، وعوامل نمو الاستخدامات وفقا لرؤية المملكة ٢٠٣٠. يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على الإيجابيات الخاصة بالوضع الراهن لاستخدامات الأراضي الحضرية وفقا لرؤية المملكة ٢٠٣٠ بالتأثيرات الإيجابية أو السلبية للعلاقات المختلفة بين الاستخدامات الحضرية داخل المدينة المنورة من خلال تأثيرات كل استخدام على حده أو التأثيرات المتبادلة بين الاستخدامات المختلفة، وبناء رؤية مستقبلية شاملة لاستخدامات الأرض بالمدينة المنورة تتوافق مع وظيفتها الدينية والثقافية العالمية، ويتضمن ذلك إعادة صياغة دور المنطقة المركزية في ضوء دورها الخاص كمقصد عالمي ذو طبيعة خاصة من خلال إعداد رؤية مستقبلية استراتيجية متكاملة للمدينة المنورة وفقا لرؤية المملكة ٢٠٣٠ ترتكز على رفع كفاءة الأداء كمقصد ديني عالمي.

The study deals with the modeling of urban land use changes in Medina to monitor the changes that took place in the map of Medina's land usage according to the vision of the Kingdom 2030 based on the analysis of the satellite image of the city in order to identify the distribution of urban land uses in the light of the increasing urban growth movement of the city. The overall land-use structure, which enables us to assess the current situation by measuring the prevalence and distribution of current uses and their urban functions and roles, as well as other regional and international roles and functions linked to the flows of pilgrims and visitors, which constitute an organic component in urban functions in Medina in terms of characterizing its various elements and the specificity of the status of some of its qualities, as well as a presentation of its areas and quantitative distribution and the degree of equilibrium and assess the efficiency of each, and study the spatial distribution of it, and the relationship of this distribution with the characteristics of the position and location. The use of urban land within the neighborhoods of Medina was specialized according to the vision of the Kingdom 2030 as being variable in the degree of its function during that period as a result of increasing or decreasing areas of different uses within the same neighborhood, and to show the extent of the diversity in the areas of these uses, and the most important factors affecting this change, the evolution of the share per capita area of usage as an indication of the impact of this on the evolution of the size of the population during that phase which has increased the size of the population of nearly more than 250 thousand people, which is related to the determination of the types of land uses and their different descriptions in addition to the specificity of some of its types in Medina, the areas occupied by each of these types of different uses and the settlement and spatial distribution of each of the different types of uses, The relationship of this endemism and distribution with the characteristics of the position and location of each use, the efficiency of these relationships, and factors of growth of uses according to the vision of the Kingdom 2030.

The aim of the research is to identify the positives of the current situation of urban land use in according to the Kingdom's Vision 2030 with the positive or negative effects of the different relations between urban uses within Medina through the effects of each use whether separately or the mutual effects between different uses, and build a comprehensive future vision of land uses in Medina compatible with its global religious and cultural function, this includes redefining the role of the central region in the light of its special role as a global destination of a special nature by preparing an integrated strategic vision for the city according to the Kingdom's Vision 2030 bases on raising the performance efficiency of the global religious destination. The research aims to identify the positives of the current situation of urban land use in according to the Kingdom's Vision 2030 with the positive or negative effects of the different relations between urban uses within Medina through the effects of each use whether separately or the mutual effects between different uses, and build a comprehensive future vision of land uses in Medina compatible with its global religious and cultural function, this includes redefining the role of the central region in the light of its special role as a global destination of a special nature by preparing an integrated strategic vision for the city according to the Kingdom's Vision 2030 bases on raising the performance efficiency of the global religious destination.
