|a جاءت هذه الدراسة لتُلقي الضوء على أهم الجوانب التي انطوت عليها القوة بوصفها قيمة عليا راسخة في المجتمع الجاهلي، إذ لم يحتفل العرب الجاهليون بشيء في حياتهم احتفالهم بالقوة، فقد مجدوها وعظموها ومارسوها بشكل شرس وعنيف بكل مظاهرها ومختلف صورها، فقد تناولت الدراسة الجانب الحربي من القوة، وقد عدت هذا الجانب الأصل فيه، إذ فصلت الحديث عن أهم مظاهرها وصورها، كما تناولت الجانب الاجتماعي من القوة، وهو جانب يتفرع عن الأصل ويرتبط معه بوشائج وثيقة، إذ تمثل هذا الجانب بقيم عديدة داعمة للقوة وساندة لها، كقيم السيادة والزعامة والإمارات الدالة عليها كالقباب والمجالس والثراء ، وقيم الأحساب والأنساب، والقيم المنبثقة من الرموز الاجتماعية التراثية، وأخيرًا تناولت الدراسة الجانب الثقافي من القوة، إذ تمثل هذا الجانب بالقول الشعري بوصفه قيمة ثقافية فاعلة وعلامة ثقافية فارقة في المجتمع الجاهلي، كما سلطت الدراسة الضوء على الدور الذي اضطلع به الشعر في الدفاع عن قيم الجماعة ووجودها.

The study also shed light on the role that poetry played in defending the values and existence of the community.
