المستخلص: يقوم هذا البحث على فكرة مؤداها أن إشكال نشأة الشعر الفصيح في موريتانيا يعتبر بحكم ما أثير حوله إشكالا خصبًا ما يزال بحاجة لمزيد البحث والتروي من أجل الوقوف ما أمكن على أفضل التفسيرات لنشأة الظاهرة الشعرية في موريتانيا، ويتخذ هذا البحث من المنهجين التاريخي والاستقرائي أداتين لمعالجة الموضوع، وقد استطاع البحث من خلال ضرب مختلف الأقوال المتضاربة حول النشأة بعضها ببعض أن يؤسس لإجابة حاولت أن تكون شمولية خالية من شوائب التحيز المعرفي، لأن الحديث عن نشأة الشعر الموريتاني والسياقات المحتضنة له حديث لا يخلو من مغامرة معرفية؛ نظرًا لارتباطه العضوي بالتاريخ الثقافي للمجتمع الموريتاني، إذ من المعلوم أن التاريخ الثقافي في هذا المجتمع أشبه ما يكون بحقل مليء بالألغام، لا يجرؤ على اقتحامه إلا اثنان: مغامر أو خبير بنزع الألغام، قد انعكست هذه الحساسية في أن أغلب الدراسات المنجرة عن هذا الأدب عمومًا، وإشكال النشأة الشعرية منه بشكل أخص، إذا ما استثنينا بعض الدراسات الرائدة لا تتعدى صنفين هما: صنف من الدراسات التي أنجزها نفر من الوطنيين الذين تناولوا إشكال النشأة ووعيهم الفكري لا يخول لهم تجاوز الانتماء الضيق لثنائية القبيلة والجهة والتعصب لهما، بعيدًا عن رحاب الموضوعية، فدرسوا هذا الأدب في غياب كامل من المنهجية والحس النقدي الواعي، أما الصنف الثاني من هذه الدراسات ذات النفس التحيزي، فيتمثل في بعض الدراسات التي أنجزها نفر من الأجانب: الفرنسيين خاصة الذين عنوا أساسًا بالجانب الإخباري من أدب القوم، فاتخذوه سبيلًا ومعينًا في افتراضاتهم وبحوثهم التاريخية، خدمة لأغراض إيديولوجية: استعمارية سعيًا منهم لخلق تعارض وهمي بين الثقافة العربية: الوافدة والثقافة الصنهاجية: الأصلية، لتصبح الفرنكوفونية البديل المتاح.

This research is based on the idea that the problem of the emergence of eloquent poetry in Mauritania is considered, by virtue of what was raised about it, a fertile problem that still needs further research and deliberation in order to identify as possible the best explanations for the emergence of the poetic phenomenon in Mauritania, and this research takes from the historical and inductive approaches. Two tools to address the subject, and the research was able, by multiplying the various conflicting sayings about the emergence of each other, to establish an answer that tried to be comprehensive and free from impurities of cognitive bias, because the talk about the emergence of Mauritanian poetry and its embracing contexts is not without an epistemological adventure; Due to its organic connection with the cultural history of the Mauritanian society, as it is known that the cultural history in this society is like a field full of mines, only two dare to break into it: an adventurer or an expert in demining. This sensitivity was reflected in that most of the studies conducted on this literature in general And the problem of poetic upbringing in particular, if we exclude some of the pioneering studies, which do not exceed two categories: a class of studies carried out by a group of patriots who dealt with the problem of upbringing and their intellectual awareness that does not allow them to transcend the narrow affiliation of the tribe and the region and their fanaticism, far from the scope of objectivity, They studied this literature in a complete absence of methodology and a conscious critical sense. As for the second category of these biased studies, it is represented in some studies that were carried out by a group of foreigners: the French in particular, who were mainly concerned with the news side of the literature of the people, so they took it as a specific way in their assumptions and historical research. , Serving for ideological purposes: colonialism, in an effort to create an imaginary opposition between the Arab culture: the immigrant and the Sinhalese culture: the original, to become the Francophone alternative available.
