المستخلص: كان القرآن الكريم – ولا يزال -معينًا لا ينضب، يستقي منه المتدبرون روائع البيان، وجماليات الأسلوب، وفنون القول، وهذه الدراسة خطوة في سبيل استجلاء أحد أوجه جماليات الأسلوب القرآني وتفرده؛ حيث تنهض الدراسة الحالية حول تحول البنى الخبرية لدلالات الجمل الإنشائية، بل قد تؤدي ما تؤديه صيغ الإنشاء، وخاصة الأمر والنهي، ومن ثم؛ تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى رصد البنى الأسلوبية الخبرية المتحولة لدلالات الأمر والنهي في الأساليب القرآنية؛ فأدت إلى أحكام تشريعية متنوعة؛ لذا يمكننا تسميتها الأساليب البديلة؛ لما لها من القوة الإنجازية ذاتها للأمر والنهي بمعناهما المحض والقاطع، وهنا مكمن الجمال والتفرد في الأسلوب القرآني؛ فكيف يرشح السياق القرآني دلالات تصل إلى حد التحريم أو التحليل دون وجود ألفاظ الأمر القاطعة؟ أو تراكيب النهي الصارمة؟ تأسيسًا على ما تقدم؛ فإن هذه الدراسة تسعى نحو الإجابة عن التساؤلات الآتية: هل استنبط العلماء والفقهاء الأحكام التشريعية في القرآن الكريم من خلال أسلوبي الأمر والنهي؟ أم هناك بنى أسلوبية أخرى متحولة أدت إلى أحكام تشريعية؟ وما أنواع تلك الأساليب المسماة بالبدائل الأسلوبية؟ وهل تنوعت تلك الأحكام التشريعية وتدرجت مع تنوع تلك البدائل؟ وهل ثمة هناك عمق جمالي لها؟ وما الأبعاد الجمالية التي تحملها فوق وظيفتها الإفهامية التداولية؟

Which contemporaries draw masterpieces of eloquence, the aesthetics of style, and the arts of speech, and this study is a step towards elucidating one of the two aspects of the Qur’an. Where the current study revolves around the transformation of the predicate structures of the semantics of the construction sentences, and may even perform what the construction formulas do, especially the command and the prohibition .and then; This study seeks to monitor the shifting stylistic structures of news reports of the semantics of command and prohibition in the Qur’anic methods; It led to various legislative provisions; So we can call them alternative methods; Because it has the same executing power of command and prohibition in their pure and categorical sense, and here lies the beauty and uniqueness of the Qur’anic style; How does the Qur’anic context filter out connotations that reach the point of prohibition or analysis without the presence of definitive pronouns? Or strict prohibitive structures? Based on the foregoing; this study seeks to answer the following questions: Did the scholars and jurists deduce the legislative provisions in the Noble Qur’an through the methods of command and prohibition? Or are there other transformative stylistic structures that led to legislative provisions? What are the types of those methods called stylistic alternatives? Were those legislative provisions varied and gradual with the diversity of those alternatives? Is there an aesthetic depth to it? And what are the aesthetic dimensions that it carries above its deliberative, comprehensible function?
