المستخلص: إن موضوع علاقة الزوجة مع أهل زوجها من المواضيع الهامة التي تمس حاجة المجتمع المسلم لبيان مسائلها وأحكامها الفقهية؛ لذا جاء هذا البحث بتأصيل أحكامها تأصيلا فقهيا، ووضع القواعد والأصول العامة التي تضبط هذه العلاقات، وتصحح مسارها، ومن ثم عرض أقوال الفقهاء وأدلتهم لأبرز المسائل المتعلقة بعلاقة الزوجة مع أهل زوجها: من حيث سكنى الزوجة مع أهل زوجها في بيت واحد، وحكم انفرادها بمسكن خاص مستقل بها عن أهل زوجها، ومن حيث طلب الزوجة من زوجها مسكنا بعيدا عن أهله، واشتراطها الاستقلال بمسكن خاص عند عقد النكاح، أو اشتراط الزوج عليها أن تسكن مع أهله عند عقد النكاح، وتراجع الزوجة عن هذا الشرط بعد الزواج والسكن معهم، وأيضا تناول البحث حكم خدمة الزوجة لأهل زوجها بالطبخ والتنظيف، وخدمة والديه العاجزين، وكذلك حكم صلتهم وزيارتهم وما يتفرع عن ذلك من مسائل، من حيث امتناعها عن الزيارة، أو منعها لأولادها من زيارتهم، وحكم إجبار الزوج زوجته لزيارة أهله، وحكم دخول أهل الزوج غرفة الزوجة أو بيتها من غير استئذان، أو بعد الاستئذان من الزوج، وكذا العكس فيما يتعلق بدخول الزوجة بيت أهل زوجها من غير استئذان، وحكم تجسس أهل الزوج على الزوجة والعكس، ونحو ذلك من المسائل التي تشتد الحاجة إلى بيانها ودراستها دراسة فقهية مدعمة بالأدلة الشرعية والذي سيجده القارئ في هذا البحث، والتوصية بإجراء المزيد من البحوث والدراسات الفقهية والثقافية والاجتماعية والنفسية في علاقة الزوجة بأهل زوجها؛ لنشر الوعي الشرعي والأخلاقي والاجتماعي بين أفراد المجتمع المسلم، وضرورة التفقه في الأحكام الشرعية المتعلقة بفقه الأسرة.

The issue of the wife’s relationship with her husband’s family is one of the important topics that touch the Muslim’s need to clarify her issues and social rulings. This research is about the provisions of its rulings and its principles, its general rules and principles that control these relationships, and correct the relationships, and then present the sayings of the jurists and their evidence for the most prominent title regarding the wife’s relationship with her husband’s family in one house, and one house with a private residence at the time of the marriage contract, and the wife’s retreat from this condition After getting married and living with them, The research also dealt with the rule of the wife’s service to her husband’s family by cooking and cleaning, and the service of his incapacitated parents, as well as the rule of their connection and visitation and the issues arising from that, in terms of her refusal to visit, or her prevention of her children from visiting them, the rule of the husband forcing his wife to visit his family, and the rule of the husband’s family entering a room The wife or her home without permission, or after the husband’s permission, as well as the opposite with regard to the husband entering the house of her husband’s family without permission, The ruling on the husband’s family spying on the wife and vice versa, and other issues that are much needed to be clarified and studied, a jurisprudential study supported by legal evidence, which the reader will find in this research, and the recommendation to conduct more research and studies of jurisprudence, cultural, social and psychological in the relationship of the wife with her husband’s family, and the need to understand the provisions legitimacy related to family jurisprudence; To spread legal, moral and social awareness among members of the Muslim community.
