المستخلص: تعيش مدينة تاهلة التي تنتمي ترابيا لإقليم تازة، جهة فاس-مكناس (شمال المغرب)، وجغرافيا إلى الأطلس المتوسط الشمالي الشرقي، أزمة خانقة ومستفحلة على مستوى قطاع النظافة من أبرز تجلياتها انتشار النفايات الصلبة في مختلف أحياء المدينة وضعف عملية الجمع والنقل، كما تعاني كذلك من وجود مطرح عمومي غير مراقب يتوسع بشكل عشوائي في الجهة الغربية مهددا غابة بونواس المجاورة وبعض الأحياء السكنية القريبة، الأمر الذي يستدعي تدخلا عاجلا لإيجاد حل جذري ومستدام لتراكم النفايات ومعالجة الوضع المقلق الذي أحدثه المطرح العمومي الحالي. تعود أزمة النفايات الصلبة بالمدينة إلى مجموعة من العوامل المختلفة في مقدمتها ضعف الموارد البشرية والمادية لدى مصلحة النظافة بالمجلس الجماعي المحلي وغياب أي نمط حقيقي لتدبير هذا المرفق الهام، الأمر الذي أدى إلى حالة من العجز المزمن على مستوى جمع النفايات وتمدد المطرح العمومي العشوائي في كل الاتجاهات، الأمر الذي سبب العديد من التأثيرات السلبية على الوسط البيئي وعلى جودة إطار عيش الساكنة.

The city of Tahla, which belongs to the territory of the Taza, in the region of Fez-Meknes (northern of Morocco), and geographically to the northeastern Middle Atlas, is experiencing a suffocating and profond crisis at the level of the hygiene sector. One of the most prominent manifestations of which is the spread of solid waste in the various neighborhoods of the city and the weakness of the collection and transportation process, it also suffers from the presence of an unmonitored public landfill which is expanding randomly on the western side, threatening the nearby Bounouas forest and some nearby residential neighborhoods. Therefore it calls for urgent intervention to find a radical and sustainable solution to the accumulating waste and to address the distressing situation caused by the current landfill. The solid waste crisis in the city is due to a group of different factors, foremost of which is the inadequacy of human and material resources in the hygiene department of the local collective council. In addition to the absence of any real pattern for managing this important facility has led to a state of chronic inability at the level of waste collection and the expansion of the random public landfill in every trends, which caused many negative effects on the environmental sphere and on the quality of the population's living framework.
