المستخلص: لم يعد استخدام المخدرات يقتصر على الحقن في الوريد، أو المضغ، أو الاستنشاق، أو التدخين؛ بل تطور الفكر الإنساني ليحول نظم تعاطي المخدرات إلى تعاطى إلكتروني، فيحدث ذات التأثير الذي تحدثه المخدرات التقليدية على عمل الدماغ وتفاعلاته الكيميائية، وبنفس الصنف المخدر الذي يرغب فيه المتعاطي. وتعد المخدرات الإلكترونية نمط أجرامي جديد، وواحد من أمراض العصر المستعصية التي تفرض شكلا عنقوديا متشابكا، والتي يمكن أن تصل إلى أقصى العالم في لحظة واحدة دون أن توقفها الحدود، أو تكتشفها نقاط التفتيش، فهي الخطر القادم، وهي إحدى الإفرازات السلبية للاستخدام التقني والثورة التكنولوجية؛ لارتباطها بالاستخدام العالي لتقنيات الإنترنت، سواء على أجهزة الحاسب الآلي، أو على الجوال المتحرك. وقد سبقت الشريعة الإسلامية كل النظم والقوانين في محاربة المخدرات بكل أنواعها؛ وذلك لأن هدفها الأصيل حفظ الضروريات الخمس، التي هي أسس العمران المرعية في كل ملة، والتي لولاها لم تجر مصالح الدنيا على استقامة. ومن منطلق أن مقاومة هذا الخطر مسئولية تضامنية، لا تهم فردا دون فرد، أو مجتمع دون آخر؛ بل لا بد من تضافر كل الجهود، وحشد كل الطاقات، كل في موقعه وحسب إمكاناته وقدراته؛ جاء هذا البحث الذي عنونته: "الأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بالمخدرات الإلكترونية في ضوء معطيات الأطباء واجتهادات الفقهاء دراسة بينية معاصرة".

Drug use is no longer limited to intravenous administration, chewing, smelling, or smoking; rather, human thought has developed to transform the ways of abuse into electronic, or digital one, that has the same effect on the brain’s work and its chemical and neurological interactions as traditional or synthetic drugs do. And, they are in the form of CDS or files so that the files or CDs constitute the drug dose, with the same type of drug that the abuser desires. Electronic drugs are considered a new criminal pattern, and one of the intractable diseases of the era that impose an intertwined cluster form that needs great challenges, as it is the next danger and is one of the negative secretions of technical use and the technological revolution; Because it is linked to the high use of Internet technologies, whether on computers or on mobile phones. Islamic Sharia preceded all systems and laws in the fight against drugs of all kinds. This is because its original goal is to preserve the five necessities, which are the foundations of urbanization observed in every religion, without which the interests of the world would not be straightened. On the basis of the fact that resisting this danger is a joint responsibility that does not concern an individual without an individual, or a society without another; rather, all efforts must be combined, and all energies mobilized, each in his position and according to his abilities and capabilities. This research, which titled: "Jurisprudential rulings related to electronic drugs in the light of jurisprudence and medical evidences: a contemporary illustrative jurisprudential study".
