المستخلص: يدور الحديث في ذلك البحث حول المتطلبات والمطالب الشخصية التي ينبغي توافرها في النقاد، قبل القيام بعملة النقد، أو الموازنة، أو المقارنة تطبيقيا، وكذلك متطلبات ومطالب النقد الأدبي من النقاد، عند إجراء تلك العمليات تطبيقيا؛ ليكون إجراؤها أقرب إلى الصحة والصواب. وما تضمنه البحث من تلك المتطلبات والمطالب، يتعلق بتلك العمليات النقدية، قبل وأثناء وبعد إجرائها من خلال إيضاح المطلوب من النقاد في تلك المراحل، وما تقتضيه كل مراحله منها من ضوابط وأسس، يفضل أن يراعيها النقاد، ويهتموا بها؛ حرصا على صوابيه عمليات النقد الأدبي، ودقتها، على اختلافها وتنوعها. ويؤكد البحث على أهمية توافر الضوابط والمتطلبات النظرية في شخص الناقد الأدبي، والعمل على تنميتها وصقلها؛ ليكون مؤهلا للنقد الأدبي، قبل القيام بممارسة عملية النقد الأدبي التطبيقي. كما يؤكد البحث على أهمية إحاطة الناقد الأدبي بمتطلبات ومطالب الطريقة الصحيحة للنقد الأدبي التطبيقي، وأهمية مراعاتها، بكل خطواتها وعناصرها، ومراحلها، أثناء ممارسة ذلك النقد؛ ليكون إجراؤه- تطبيقيا- إجراء صحيحا من لحظة اختيار العمل الأدبي، أو الأديب، محل النقد، ومرورا بكل المراحل بعد ذلك، حتى إصدار الحكم النقدي على العمل الأدبي أو الأديب، وما تتطلبه تلك المراحل من ضوابط وأسس نقدية؛ حرصا على سلامتها ودقتها، وكذلك اكتساب النقاد الخبرة اللازمة لهم. فالبحث- بشكل عام- يرسم الطريق الصحيح للنقد الأدبي، في كل خطواته ومراحله، نظريا؛ ليمهد للنقاد الطريق إلى إجراء النقد التطبيقي الصحيح، هادفا من وراء ذلك إلى صحة النقد الأدبي، ودقته، وصوابيته، ودقة أحكامه النقدية، وصحتها، وصوابيتها، بقدر الإمكان.

The discussion in this research revolves around the personal requirements and demands that should be met by critics-, before carrying out the process of criticism- balancing- or comparison in practice- as well as the requirements and demands of literary criticism from critics- when carrying out these processes in practice. To make it closer to health and righteousness. What the research included of those requirements and demands is related to those critical operations- before- during and after their conduct- by clarifying what is required of the critics in those stages- and the controls and foundations required by each stage of them. In order to ensure the correctness and accuracy of literary criticism processes- regardless of their diversity and diversity. The research emphasizes the importance of the availability of theoretical controls and requirements in the person of the literary critic- and work on developing and refining them. To be qualified for literary criticism- before practicing the process of applied literary criticism. The research also emphasizes the importance of informing the literary critic of the requirements and demands of the correct method of applied literary criticism- and the importance of observing it- with all its steps- elements- and stages- while practicing that criticism. So that its implementation- applied- is a correct procedure from the moment of selecting the literary work- or the writer- the subject of criticism- and passing through all the stages after that- until the issuance of the critical judgment on the literary work or writer- and the requirements of those stages of critical controls and foundations; In the interest of its integrity and accuracy- as well as the acquisition of the necessary experience for critics. The research- in general- charts the correct path for literary criticism- in all its steps and stages- theoretically. To pave the way for critics to conduct correct applied criticism- aiming behind that at the correctness- accuracy- and correctness of literary criticism- as well as the accuracy- correctness- and correctness of its critical judgments- as much as possible.
