|a يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان اختلاف مناهج المتهدمين من العلماء والمعاصرين حول ترتيب الضروريات، والناظر في اتجاهات العلماء في ترتيب المقاصد الخمسة يجد إنهم لم يتفقوا على ترتيب معين، فمنهم من قدم الضرورات الدينية على الضرورات الدنيوية ومنهم العكس، ومنهم من لم يهتم بالترتيب أصلا. وكذلك بيان تعليل العلماء لترتيب الضروريات.
|b This research aims to show the difference in the approaches of the ancient scholars and the contemporaries about the arrangement of the necessities, and the one looking at the directions of the scholars in the arrangement of the five purposes finds that they did not agree on a specific arrangement, so some of them presented religious necessities over worldly necessities, and some of them did the opposite, and some of them did not care about the arrangement at all. As well as a statement of reasoning scholars for the order of necessities.
