المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تقديم تصور مقترح لتفعيل الشراكة بين الجامعات التكنولوجية ومؤسسات الإنتاج على ضوء تجربة جامعات الشركات، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، واستعانت باستبانة تم تطبيقها على عينة تكونت من (٧٢) من القيادات الأكاديمية بالجامعات التكنولوجية الثلاث، وهي: (جامعة القاهرة الجديدة التكنولوجية، جامعة الدلتا التكنولوجية، جامعة بني سويف التكنولوجية)، وبعض من خبراء مؤسسات الإنتاج، وتوصلت النتائج إلى أن واقع الشراكة بين الجامعات التكنولوجية ومؤسسات الإنتاج به بعض الإيجابيات مثل: سماح الجامعة لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بالعمل كمستشارين لدى مؤسسات الإنتاج، وإقامة الجامعة مشروعات خبرة صيفية للطلاب بالتعاون مع مؤسسات الإنتاج، وطرح الجامعة مشروعات بحثية مشتركة على مؤسسات الإنتاج، إلا أن هناك بعض السلبيات التي تعوق تفعيل الشراكة بين الجامعات التكنولوجية ومؤسسات الإنتاج منها: العجز عن توفير ميزانية كافية لإقامة مشروعات تعاونية بين الجامعات التكنولوجية ومؤسسات الإنتاج، وتدني مستوى الاستشارات البحثية التي تقدمها الجامعة لمؤسسات الإنتاج، وغياب السماح الكامل من مؤسسات الإنتاج باستخدام مرافقها لتدريب الطلاب لرفع كفاءتهم المهنية، وقلة التدريبات التي تقيمها الجامعة للعاملين بها لإنجاح الشراكة بينها وبين مؤسسات الإنتاج، وقلة ساعات العمل التدريبية الأسبوعية المخصصة للطلاب في مؤسسات الإنتاج، وتقصير الجامعة في جلب رعاة (مستثمرين ورجال أعمال) لتمويل المشاريع التي تقيمها الجامعة بالشراكة مع مؤسسات الإنتاج ومحدودية إقامة معسكرات علمية تسمح بقضاء فريق من أعضاء هيئة التدريس فترة زمنية في الشركات؛ حتى يمكن إقامة مشروع بحثي ناجح، وغياب النص على إقامة ملتقيات لتوظيف خريجي الجامعة بمؤسسات الإنتاج في عقود الشراكة، وقصور الجامعة في الإقدام على تنظيم معارض لتسويق منتجاتها لمؤسسات الإنتاج، وغياب الاهتمام بجلب الخبرات الدولية؛ للاستفادة من تجربتها في تطبيق الشراكة، وعدم تضمين بند خاص برعاية الطلاب الموهوبين في عقود الشراكة بين الجامعة ومؤسسات الإنتاج.

The study aimed to present a proposed scenario to activate the partnership between technological universities and production institutions in the light of the experience of corporate universities. The study relied on the descriptive method, and used a questionnaire that was applied to a sample consisting of (72) academic leaders in the three technological universities, namely (New Cairo University of Technology, Delta Technology University, Beni Suef University of Technology), and some of the experts of production institutions. The results concluded that the reality of the partnership between technological universities and production institutions was not at the level hoped for by both parties, due to the inability to find a flexible administrative system that facilitates the implementation of partnership procedures, the inability to provide an adequate budget for the establishment of cooperative projects between technological universities and production institutions, and the low level of research consultancy that The university offers it to production establishments, the absence of full permission from production establishments to use their facilities to train students to raise their professional efficiency, the lack of training conducted by the university for its employees to make the partnership between it and production establishments successful, and the lack of weekly training hours allocated to students in production establishments, and the university’s failure to bring sponsors ( (investors and businessmen) to finance projects established by the university in partnership with production institutions, and the limited establishment of scientific camps that allow a team of faculty members to spend a period of time in companies so that a successful research project can be established, and the absence of a provision for the establishment of forums to employ university graduates in production institutions in partnership contracts The university’s failure to take the initiative to organize exhibitions to market its products to production institutions, and the absence of Interest in bringing international expertise to benefit from its experience in applying the partnership, and not including a clause for the care of talented students in the partnership contracts between the university and production institutions.
