المستخلص: ما الهدف من بحث "حكم اللعب بالنرد والشطرنج وما شابههما من الألعاب المعاصرة"؟ الهدف هو معرفة علة تحريم اللعب بالنرد، وهي مسألة فقهية مهمة، وتحريرها مفيد جدا؛ لأنه ينبني عليه معرفة حكم ألعاب كثيرة قديمة- كالشطرنج-، وحديثة وجدت في عصرنا هذا لم تعرف من قبل. وقال ابن عبد البر: "والنرد قطع ملونة تكون منه خشب البقس ومنه عظم الفيل ومنه غير ذلك، وهو الذي يعرف بالطبل، ويعرف بالكعاب، ويعرف أيعنتا بالأرن، ويعرف أيضا بالنردشير". واللعب بالنرد حرام عند جمهور الفقهاء، لقول النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم "من لعب بالنردشير فكأنما غمس يده في لحم خنزير ودمه". ونقل ابن قدامة وابن تيمية إجماع العلماء على تحريم النرد إذا كان بعوض؛ لأنهم اعتبروه من الميسر، والميسر مجمع على تحريمه، لأن علتهما واحدة. والشطرنج: لعبة تلعب على رقعة ذات أربعة وستين مربعا، وتمثل دولتين متحاربتين باثنتين وثلاثين قطعة، تمثل الملكين والوزيرين والخيالة والقلاع والفيلة والجنود (هندية). وإذا كان الشطرنج بعوض أو يتضمن ترك واجب فإنه حرام بإجماع المسلمين. واختلف العلماء في الشطرنج إذا خلت من المحرمات على أقوال وذلك لعدم ورود ما ينص على تحريمه. وأن الإكثار من اللعب بالشطرنج واتخاذه عادة ونحو ذلك مكروه؛ لأنه لعب لا ينتفع به في أمر الدين ولا حاجة تدعو إليه، وربما صار وسيلة إلى الوقوع في المحرم ولكن يكون اللعب بالشطرنج مباحا إذا كان بالضوابط الشرعية ولم يخرج عنها. الألعاب قسمان: القسم الأول: ألعاب معينة على الجهاد في سبيل الله، القسم الثاني: ألعاب لا تُعين على الجهاد، وهي ثلاثة أنواع: 1-ألعاب ورد النص بالنهي عنها، كاللعب التي يستعمل فيها حجر "النرد". 2-ألعاب مشتملة على محرم، كالألعاب المشتملة على تماثيل أو صور لذوات الأرواح، أو تصحبها الموسيقى. 3-ألعاب غير مشتملة على محرم، ولا تؤدي في الغالب إليه، كأكثر ما نشاهده من الألعاب مثل كرة القدم، الطائرة، تنس الطاولة، فهذه تجوز بالضوابط الشرعية كما هو موضح في أصل البحث.

What is the objective of this research entitle (The injunction of playing dice and chess and similar contemporary games)? The objective of this research is to identify the reason of the prohibition of playing dice, the statement of this juristic question is important, because it is stemmed from the knowledge of the injunction of playing different old games such as chess and new games existent in modern times. Ibn Abdulbar said "The dices are colored pieces made of boxwood, elephant bone, and so on. It is known as a drum, known as a javelin, also known as arsenic, also known as backgammon." the majority of jurists scholars prohibited playing the dice, because the Prophet (Peace be upon him) said: "Whoever plays backgammon, it is as if he dipped his hand in the flesh and blood of a pig.". Ibn Qudaamah and Ibn Taymiyyah quoted the consensus of juristic scholars on the prohibition of playing dice if adheres to do commitment, because they considered it as gambling, accordingly, the reason of the prohibition is same. Chess: a game played on a 64-square-foot patch, representing two belligerent countries with thirty-two pieces, representing the two kings, two ministers, cavalries, castles, elephants and (Indian) soldiers. The conditional play of chess for compensation or obligation of commitment is prohibited according to the consensus of the Muslims. The scholars disagree about chess if they are exempt from the aspects of prohibition, because they do not come up with what is forbidden. The frequent chess playing is disapproved, because it is a game does not benefit in the matter of religion without need to do, and perhaps became a means to fall into the illegitimacy, but playing chess is permissible in case of considering the legitimacy. The games are divided into two types: 1 – Games helps to Jihad. 2. Games don't help to Jihad . they are divided into three types: Games in which mentioned prohibition texts such as dice. Games includes a prohibited part such as games including figures statues or photos of those have spirit or including, and games don't include any prohibition and don't lead to the prohibition such as football, volleyball, table tennis, as mentioned in the core of the research.
