يمثل استخدام وسائل الإعلام الرقمي فرصة هامة لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة للاندماج في المجتمع دون الإحساس بالتأثير السلبي للإعاقة على عمليات الاتصال والتفاعل مع المستخدمين الآخرين لتلك المواقع، ومن هنا برزت مشكلة البحث الحالي حول الاتجاهات الحديثة في استخدام ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة للإعلام الرقمي، وتم إجراء دراسة تحليلية نقدية من المستوى الثاني Socendary Analysis لرصد أهم القضايا والموضوعات البحثية وأنواع الدراسات والمناهج والأدوات البحثية والأطر النظرية التي تناولتها الدراسات العربية والأجنبية، إضافة إلى أهم النتائج، والوصول لرؤية مستقبلية لأجندة البحوث حول استخدام ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة للإعلام الرقمي، ولتحقيق ذلك تم تحليل (42) دراسة عربية و (45) دراسة أجنبية تم نشرها خلال الفترة من 2015 حتى 2021 م، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى: وجود اتفاق بين الدراسات العربية والأجنبية في الاهتمام بدراسات استخدام ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة للإعلام الرقمي عامة، مع اختلاف المتغيرات التي تم بحثها، وغلبت البحوث الوصفية على الدراسات التي تم تحليلها سواء العربية أو الأجنبية، وكان الاستبيان أكثر الأدوات استخداماً في الدراسات العربية، بينما جاءت المقابلة أكثر الأدوات استخداماً في الدراسات الأجنبية، واستخدم أقل من نصف العينة أطراً نظرية تم توظيفها في الجانب المنهجي، واتفقت أغلب الدراسات أن ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة يستخدمون الإعلام الرقمي للحصول على المعلومات وتحقيق الاندماج الاجتماعي، وتوصي الدراسة بإجراء مزيد من الدراسات حول الموضوع مع استخدام الأدوات وأنواع العينات والأطر النظرية والمنهجية التي استخدمتها الدراسات الأجنبية.
Using digital media represents an important opportunity for people with special needs to integrate into society without feeling the negative impact of the disability on communication processes and interaction with other users of those sites. The current research assessed the new trends in the use of digital media by people with special needs and a critical analytical study was conducted from the second level. A Secondary Analysis was done to monitor the most important issues, research topics, types of studies, methods, research tools, and theoretical frameworks dealt with by Arab and foreign studies. In addition to the most important results, and to reach a future vision for the research agenda on the use of digital media by people with special needs. To achieve this, (42) Arab studies and (45) foreign studies published during the period from 2015 to 2021 were analyzed. And the study concluded: There is an agreement between Arab and foreign studies in paying attention to studies of the use of digital media by people with special needs in general, with the different variables that were discussed, and descriptive research dominated the studies that were conducted. Analyzing them, whether Arab or foreign, and the questionnaire was the most widely used tool in Arab studies. While the interview was the most used tool in foreign studies, less than half of the sample used theoretical frameworks that were employed in the methodological aspect, and most studies agreed that people with special needs use digital media to obtain information and achieve social inclusion, and the study recommends conducting more studies on the subject with the use of Tools, types of samples. theoretical and methodological frameworks used by foreign studies.
