المستخلص: علم السنن الربانية من العلوم المهمة التي تسهم في النهوض الحضاري للأمة والخروج من حالة التخلف الحضاري وتنبع أهميته من تركيز القرآن الكريم عليه، وفي هذا البحث: آثار رعاية السنن الربانية في القرآن والإعراض عنها، يجيب الباحث على هذا التساؤل: ما هي نتائج الاهتمام بعلم السنن الربانية وإهمالها؟ وقد ناقش البحث المواضيع التالية: -دور القرآن الكريم في بيان السنن الربانية. -آثار رعاية السنن الربانية. -آثار الإعراض عن السنن الربانية والجهل به. وذلك باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج الاستنباطي والتأصيلي في عرض هذه المواضيع ومناقشتها، وخلص البحث إلى أن المسلمين لم يولوا هذا العلم المكانة التي يستحقها مقارنة بالعلوم الأخرى كعلم الفقه وغيره، وكان ذلك أحد أسباب حالة التخلف التي يعانون منها، وهو ما يفرض على الأمة التأصيل لهذا العلم والعناية به بحثاً ودراسة وتعليماً، ليكون أحد الروافد المهمة لنهضة المسلمين اليوم، واستعادتهم لدورهم المنشود في البناء الحضاري في جميع المجالات.

The science of divine norms is one of the important sciences that contribute to the civilized advancement of the nation and the exit from the state of civilizational backwardness, and its importance stems from the focus of the Holy Qur'an on it, and in this research: the effects of caring for the divine norms in the Qur'an and turning away from them. The researcher answers this question: What are the results of caring for and neglecting the science of the divine norms? The research discussed the following topics: -The role of the Holy Qur'an in explaining the divine norms. - The effects of caring for the divine norms. - The effects of turning away from the divine norms and ignorance of it. By using the descriptive analytical approach and the deductive and fundamentalist approach in presenting and discussing these topics, the research concluded that Muslims did not give this science the status it deserves compared to other sciences, such as the science of jurisprudence and others, and this was one of the reasons for the state of backwardness that they suffer from, which imposes on the nation the rooting of this Science and care for it in research, study and education, to be one of the important tributaries for the renaissance of Muslims today, and their restoration of their desired role in building civilization in all fields.
