المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى تفعيل الجانب التطبيقي للقانون الدولي لكرة اليد من خلال بعض المواقف الإلكترونية لطالبات تخصص كرة اليد (شعبة التدريب) من خلال تحديد بعض المواقف الإلكترونية المناسبة لشرح مواد القانون الدولي لكرة اليد، وتصميم اختبار إلكتروني موقفي للتعرف على قدرة الطالبة في صحة اتخاذ القرار التحكيمي بطريقة موضوعية. وقد اشتملت العينة الأساسية على (35) طالبة من طالبات تخصص كرة اليد (شعبة التدريب) وتم استخدام المنهج التجريبي باستخدام التصميم التجريبي ذو المجموعة الواحدة عن طريق القياسين القبلي والبعدي، وقد تم شرح مواد القانون باستخدام المواقف الإلكترونية، وتم جمع البيانات عن طريق الاختبار الإلكتروني الموقفي من تصميم الباحثة وقد أسفرت نتائج البحث عن التأثير الإيجابي للتدريس باستخدام المواقف الإلكترونية في تفعيل الجانب التطبيقي للقانون الدولي لكرة اليد للطالبات قيد البحث، وفعالية الاختبار الإلكتروني الموقفي المصمم علىMicrosoft Office 365 تطبيق Form وموضوعيته في قياس مستوى تفعيل الجانب التطبيقي للقانون الدولي لكرة اليد للطالبات قيد البحث. وفى ضوء النتائج أوصت الباحثة بضرورة استخدام المواقف الإلكترونية المقترحة في تدريس القانون الدولي لكرة اليد، واستخدام الاختبار الإلكتروني الموقفي للقانون (قيد البحث) في تقييم مستوى الطالبات، وأن تركز الجهود المستقبلية على اكتساب فهم أعمق للطريقة التي يؤثر بها التعليم الإلكتروني في تحصيل الطلاب، وضرورة توفير البنية التحتية والأجهزة اللازمة في المؤسسات التعليمية لتفعيل برامج التعلم الإلكتروني

This research aims to activate the applied aspect of the international law of handball through some electronic situations for students of the handball major (Training Division) by identifying some appropriate electronic situations to explain the articles of the international law of handball, and designing an electronic situational test to identify the student’s ability in the correctness of taking The arbitral award in an objective manner. - The basic sample included (35) female students of the handball major (Training Division), and the experimental approach was used using the one-group experimental design by means of pre and post measurements, The law materials were explained using electronic situations, and data was collected by The situational electronic test was designed by the researcher, and the results of the research resulted in the positive impact of teaching using electronic situations in activating the applied side of the international law of handball for the students in question, and the effectiveness of the electronic situational test designed on Microsoft Office 365 Form application and its objectivity in measuring the level of activation of the applied side of the international law of handball. In light of the results, the researcher recommended the need to use the proposed electronic situations in teaching the international law of handball, and to use the electronic situational test for the law (under research) in evaluating the level of female students, and to focus future efforts on gaining a deeper understanding of the way in which e-learning affects students’ achievement, and the necessity of Providing the necessary infrastructure and devices in educational institutions to activate e-learning programs.
