المستخلص: سعت الدراسة الحالية إلى استكشاف التحديات التي تواجه الطلاب ذوي الإعاقة البصرية بالتعليم الجامعي، وتحديد احتياجاتهم، مع وضع رؤية تربوية مقترحة لتلبية احتياجات هذه الفئة من الطلاب وعلى وجه التحديد بكلية الدراسات العليا للتربية، والتي تم اختيار عينة الدراسة منها، واعتمدت الدراسة لتحقيق أهدافها على المنهج الوصفي والذي تم توظيفه في رصد المشكلات التي يواجهها الطلاب ذوو الإعاقة البصرية ورصد الاحتياجات اللازمة لهم بالتعليم الجامعي، وقد استخدمت الدراسة كذلك المنهج الكيفي وعلى وجه التحديد استخدمت طريقة المجموعات البؤرية، وهي طريقة منهجية من طرق المنهج الكيفي في البحث العلمي، وتم القيام بمقابلات مقننة مع عينة الدراسة وطرح مجموعة من الأسئلة عليهم. تم اختيار عينة الدراسة -والتي تمثل كذلك المجتمع الأصلي للدراسة -من كلية الدراسات العليا للتربية-جامعة القاهرة، وقد تمثلت العينة في جميع الطلاب الملتحقين بكلية الدراسات العليا للتربية من ذوي الإعاقة البصرية للعام الجامعي 2020-2021، والبالغ عددهم (١٣) طالبًا وطالبة، بواقع (٨) ذكور، (5) إناث. وخلصت الدراسة إلى احتلال الاحتياجات الاقتصادية أو المالية المرتبة الأولى في مقدمة احتياجات عينة الدراسة يليها الاحتياجات التعليمية أو الأكاديمية والاحتياجات المرتبطة بالتحول للتعلم عن بعد أثناء جائحة كورونا، ثم الاحتياجات المتعلقة بالتنقل والمواصلات والمواصفات الإنشائية ثم الاحتياجات الإدارية والتنظيمية ثم الاحتياجات الاجتماعية والترويجية وفي النهاية تأتي الاحتياجات النفسية، وهذا الترتيب لدرجة أهمية هذه الاحتياجات جاء باتفاق بدرجة كبيرة جداً بين عينة الدراسة، وتأتي المشكلات الاقتصادية أو المالية في مقدمة مشكلات عينة الدراسة يليها المشكلات التعليمية أو الأكاديمية والمشكلات المتعلقة بانتشار جائحة كورونا والتحول للتعلم عن بعد ثم المشكلات المتعلقة بالتنقل والمواصلات والمواصفات الإنشائية ثم المشكلات الإدارية والتنظيمية ثم المشكلات المتعلقة بالعلاقات الاجتماعية والأنشطة الترويحية داخل الكلية، وفي النهاية تأتي المشكلات النفسية. ومن أهم ما اقترحته عينة الدراسة من آليات لتلبية احتياجاتهم: توفير مساعدات مالية في صورة منح أو قروض بدون فوائد يتم تقسيطها على فترات طويلة، تقليل نسبة المصروفات الدراسية لهم، وتوفير الكتب الدراسية بعد تحويلها لبرايل مجانًا أو بتكلفة بسيطة، عقد دورات تدريبية وورش عمل لأعضاء هيئة التدريس خاصة الذين سيدرسون للطلاب من ذوي الإعاقة بالكلية في كيفية توظيف التقنيات الحديثة في التدريس والاستخدام الأمثل للطرق الحديثة في التدريس لذوي الإعاقة البصرية، تجهيز مكتبة الكلية بأماكن مخصصة لذوي الإعاقة بالكلية، وتوفير الأجهزة التكنولوجية الحديثة من أجهزة كمبيوتر ناطقة ومواد دراسية مكتوبة بطريقة برايل وآلات لطباعة هذه الكتب، إحداث بعض التعديلات بمبنى الكلية ليتناسب مع احتياجات الطلاب ذوي الإعاقة سواء فيما يتعلق بالممرات والقاعات والمصاعد، إنشاء مركز بالكلية لدعم وتقديم الخدمات لذوي الإعاقة.

The current study sought to explore the challenges facing students with visual disabilities in university education, and to determine their needs, with the development of a proposed educational vision to meet the needs of this group of students, specifically at the College of Graduate Studies of Education, from which the study sample was selected, and the study relied on the curriculum to achieve its objectives. The descriptive method, which was employed in monitoring the problems faced by students with visual disabilities and the needs for them in university education, the study also used the qualitative method, specifically the focus groups method, which is a systematic method of the qualitative method in scientific research, and standardized interviews were conducted with a sample Study and ask them a set of questions. The sample of the study - which also represents the original community of the study - was chosen from the Faculty of Graduate Studies of Education - Cairo University. The sample was represented by all (13) students enrolled in the Faculty of Graduate Studies of Education with visual disabilities for the academic year 2020-2021. By (8) males, (5) females. The study concluded that the economic or financial needs occupied the first place at the forefront of the needs of the study sample, followed by the educational or academic needs and the needs related to the transition to distance learning during the Corona pandemic, then the needs related to transportation, transportation and construction specifications, then the administrative and organizational needs, then the social and promotional needs, and finally psychological needs come And this arrangement of the degree of importance of these needs came with a very large agreement between the study sample, and economic or financial problems come at the forefront of the problems of the study sample, followed by educational or academic problems, problems related to the spread of the Corona pandemic and the transition to distance learning, then problems related to mobility, transportation, construction specifications, and then administrative problems And organizational, then problems related to social relations and recreational activities within the college, and finally psychological problems. Among the most important mechanisms proposed by the study sample to meet their needs: providing financial aid in the form of grants or interest-free loans to be paid in installments over long periods, reducing the percentage of school expenses for them, providing textbooks after converting them to Braille for free or at a small cost, holding training courses and workshops for members The teaching staff, especially those who will teach students with disabilities in the college, how to employ modern technologies in teaching and the optimal use of modern methods of teaching for people with visual disabilities, equipping the college library with places designated for people with disabilities in the college, and providing modern technological devices such as talking computers, study materials written in Braille and machines To print these books, make some modifications to the college building to suit the needs of students with disabilities, whether with regard to corridors, halls and elevators, and establish a center in the college to support and provide services for people with disabilities.
