|a تهدف الدراسة إلى رصد أطر التناول الإعلامي التي اعتمدتها نشرة أخبار التاسعة بالتليفزيون المصري خلال معالجة أخبار تركيا (الملف التركي) من خلال التعرف على الأطر التي اعتمدتها النشرة في تناولها لتلك الأخبار، والتعرف على الفئات التي تم تناولها من قبل النشرة في عملية التأطير، بجانب إبراز آليات التأطير التي اعتمدتها خلال معالجة الأخبار التركية، واعتمدت الدراسة على أسلوب تحليل المضمون ضمن المنهج الوصفي، حيث تكونت العينة العمدية من جميع الأخبار التي تم بثها من خلال نشرة التاسعة مساء والتي تخص الملف التركي في الفترة من أول أكتوبر 2020 حتي 31 يناير 2021 باعتبارها بداية التعرض للملف التركي وقد بلغ مجموع الأخبار المذاعة (117) خبرا بطريقة الحصر الشامل، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: - الاعتماد على المصادر الرسمية في عرض الأخبار مع عدم وجود شبكة من مراسلي التليفزيون المصري أو مندوبين في تركيا لنقل تفصيلات الأخبار. - تعدد وتنوع الأطر المرجعية المستخدمة في تناول الملف التركي بشكل كبير، وجاءت أطر الصراع والإدانة والمؤامرة والتهديد والتحذير من أكثر الأطر المرجعية استخداما. - تعدد عناصر الإبراز المستخدمة في عرض الأخبار بالملف التركي. - كان اتجاه المعالجة سلبيا بنسبة 100% في الملف التركي في عينة الدراسة، حيث تأثرت بشكل ملحوظ بالعلاقات السياسية بين الدولتين.
|b The study aims to monitor the frameworks of media coverage adopted by the Ninth News Bulletin on Egyptian TV during the handling of Turkey’s news (the Turkish file) by identifying the frameworks adopted by the bulletin in dealing with those news, and identifying the categories that were addressed by the bulletin in the framing process, as well as highlighting The framing mechanisms that were adopted during the processing of Turkish news, and the study relied on the method of content analysis within the descriptive approach, where the intentional sample consisted of all the news that was broadcast through the nine in the evening bulletin, which pertains to the Turkish file in the period from the first of October 2020 to January 31, 2021 as the beginning of Exposure to the Turkish file, the total number of broadcast news reached (117) news by a comprehensive inventory method, and the study reached several results, the most important of which are: Reliance on official sources to present the news, with no network of Egyptian TV correspondents or representatives in Turkey to transmit the details of the news - The multiplicity and diversity of the frames of reference used in dealing with the Turkish file in a large way, and the frames of conflict, condemnation, conspiracy, threat and warning came from the most used frames of reference The multiplicity of highlighting elements used in presenting the news in the Turkish file The treatment trend was negative by 100% in the Turkish file in the study sample, as it was significantly affected by the political relations between the two countries
