المستخلص: وقد استهدفت تلك الدراسة: محاولة التعرف على العلاقة بين المرونة النفسية والتوافق الزواجي لدى الزوجات العاملات وغير العاملات. والكشف عن الفروق بين الزوجات العاملات وغير العاملات في المرونة النفسية، والتوافق الزواجي في ضوء متغيرات الدراسة. وقد استخدمت تلك الدراسة المنهج الوصفي بشقيه الارتباطي والمقارن؛ حيث إنه يتناسب مع طبيعة موضوع الدراسة الحالية، والتي تهدف إلي: التعرف على العلاقة الارتباطية بين المرونة النفسية والتوافق الزواجي لدى عينة الدراسة الزوجات العاملات وغير العاملات، والتعرف على هذه المتغيرات، ويعتبر من أكثر المناهج ملائمة لطبيعة هذه الدراسة وأهدافها، وطريقة اختبار الفروض، والتحقق من صحتها؛ فالبحوث الارتباطية تصف درجة العلاقة بين المتغيرات وصفاً كمياً، ومن خلال تحديد العلاقة بين متغيرات الدراسة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة الأساسية من (٢٢٧) مجموعتين مقسمين إلى مجموعة من الزوجات العاملات، ومجموعة من الزوجات غير العاملات في الفئة العمرية نفسها ما بين (٢٥ -٥ ٤) عاماً، وقد استخدمت مقياس "المرونة النفسية" إعداد (يحيي شقورة، ٢٠١٢)، وكذلك مقياس التوافق الزواجي إعداد (سمية محمد، 2008)، وقد أجابت الدراسة على كافة تساؤلاتها.

This study aimed to: attempt to identify the relationship between psychological resilience and marital compatibility among working and non-working wives. And revealing the differences between working and non-working wives in psychological resilience and marital compatibility in the light of the study variables. This study used the descriptive approach, with its two parts, associative and comparative. As it fits with the nature of the subject of the current study, which aims to: Identify the correlation between psychological resilience and marital compatibility in the study sample working and non-working wives, and to identify these variables, and it is considered one of the most appropriate approaches to the nature and objectives of this study, the method of testing hypotheses, and verification of her health; Correlational research describes the degree of relationship between variables quantitatively, and by defining the relationship between study variables. The main study sample consisted of (227) two groups divided into a group of working wives, and a group of nonworking wives in the same age group between (25 - 45). In general, the scale of "psychological resilience" was used (Yahya Shaqoura, 2012), as well as the scale of marital compatibility prepared by (Sumaya Muhammad, 2008), and the study answered all its questions.
