|a تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة وتحليل بورصة الجزائر لاسيما؛ الإجراءات الميدانية لتسعير الأوراق المالية وتداولها بين جمهور المستثمرين، وذلك في ظل التشريعات القانونية المعمول بها ومطلب الكفاءة في التسعير. بالإضافة إلى ذلك سيتم التعريج على شروط دخول البورصة، آفاق دخولها بالنسبة للشركات الاقتصادية وآليات العمل في ظل الوسطاء الماليين المعتمدين. وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن بورصة الجزائر تتوفر على تشريعات قانونية وهيئات إدارية من شأنها أن تحمي مختلف الأطراف العاملين والمتعاملين بها؛ إلا أنها لازالت تفتقد إلى وجود شركات مسعرة بناء على جدوى اقتصادية وليس بقرارات إدارية سلطوية. وهذا الأمر أثر كثيرا على أدائها وكفاءتها في تسعير وتداول مختلف الأصول المالية.
|b This research paper aims to study and analyze the Algerian Stock Exchange, especially the field procedures for pricing and trading money bills between the investor public, in light of the applicable legal legislation and the requirement of efficiency in pricing. In addition, the conditions for entering the stock exchange, prospects for entry for economic companies and working mechanisms under the approved financial intermediaries “ IOB “ will be discussed. This study concluded that the Algiers Stock Exchange has legal legislations and administrative bodies that protect the various parties working and dealing with them. However, it still lacks the presence of companies that are priced based on economic feasibility and not authoritarian administrative decisions. This has greatly affected its performance and efficiency in pricing and trading various financial assets.
