المستخلص: The investment climate is linked to a range of factors that shape the opportunities and incentives that enable companies to invest productively, create jobs and expand their business. The investment relates to several aspects, some of which are related to the availability of infrastructure, legal systems and political conditions, and others linked to institutions and policies. It is a dynamic concept that is constantly evolving to cope with political, technical and organizational changes. Therefore, our study aims to show how many countries in the world are working hard to promote investments offering many incentives and privileges and improving their economic, social and even political conditions, such as Malaysia and China, which have been able to attract enough projects through economic recovery programs as well as supporting growth and local development, that’s what we had shown in this study through two axis, the first axis is about investments in general and the second, about investment experiences of international countries (Malaysia and China) and national experience (Algeria). That’s why; Algeria is trying to benefit from several foreign experiences of these countries, to gain the advantages and achieve a leap in attracting foreign direct investment and development and that is done by following appropriate economic and foreign policies to advance development.
