|a تسعى هذه القراءة إلى تناول موضوعة ذات طبيعة "سوسيو – ثقافية"، تستلزم في طياتها تأمل مساحة متسعة من الاشتغالات "الأنثروبولوحية" التي تعايشها البيئة الشعبية العراقية - وبيئة بغداد تحديدا - في كشف عن تلك الصلة التي توطدت بين الإنسان والمكان الذي يجمعه مع الآخرين، ممن استوعبهم المكان ذاته، فمنحهم مسمى بعينه، وهوية مائزة لهم عن سواهم من المنتمين إلى أماكن وبيئات أخرى، ليؤسسوا آفاقا من الاشتغالات الإنسانية الخاصة، وأنماطا من العلاقات القيمية والسلوكية بينهم. وكان لابد في مستهل التناول أن تستعيد هذه القراءة بعض المحددات النظرية لمسعاها، فكان توقفها عند الحد المفهومي للـــ "مواطنة" ومساحة إعلانه عن قيم الهوية التي يحرص كل مجتمع إنساني على تمثلها.
|b This reading seeks to deal with a subject of a «sociocultural» nature necessitating the contemplation of a wide area of «anthropological» occupations which coexist in the Iraqi people’s environment, specifically in the environment of Baghdad in the disclosure of that link that has been established between the person and the place he lives in. Thus it was necessary for this reading to restore some of the theoretical determinants of people’s endeavor to grasp the conceptual limit of «citizenship» in its linguistic and conventional dimensions, to come to terms with the values of identity that every human society is keen to represent, and which are embodied in the Baghdadi society and its popular heritage.
