|a شكلت فترة العشرينات محطة تزاوجت فيها أشكال المقاومة بشقيها السياسي والمسلح، فأعطت تأججا للحركة الوطنية، وساهمت في انبعاث الوعي والشعور الوطني لدى الخاصة والعامة. وكانت منعطفاً هاماً على صعيد الساحة الدولية العالمية، بدأ بالحرب العالمية الأولى وانتهى بالأزمة الاقتصادية العالمية. انتقلت الحركة الوطنية إلى محطة الثلاثينات، واعتبرت كمحطة حاسمة في تاريخ النضال المشترك بين تونس والمغرب، ومرحلة حافلة بالخطب الرسمية والعمومية والمواقف الرسمية، في المناسبات والمؤتمرات.
