المستخلص: تنطبق المبادئ الأساسية للإسلام على المعاملات المالية وكذلك على مجالات أخرى من حياة المسلمين. وفي سبيل مواجهة الطلب المتزايد على المنتجات المالية الإسلامية الجديدة، فإن الابتكارات المالية الحديثة والإبداعية فقط، بروح شرعية مزدهرة ومبتكرة، من شأنها أيضا أن تقود صناعة المالية الإسلامية بعيدا عن المسار للمنتجات المكررة نحو أدوات حديثة خاصة بها. حيث يهدف هذا المقال إلى تسليط الضوء على بعض التعريفات للابتكار المالي، وإلقاء الضوء على التحديات الحقيقية للابتكار في التمويل الإسلامي.

The fundamental principles of Islam apply to financial transactions as well as to other areas of Muslim life. And faced with the growing demand for new Islamic financial products, only modern and creative financial innovation, in a flourishing and innovative Shariah spirit, would likewise lead the young Islamic finance industry off the beaten track of replicative products towards new own instruments. The objective of this article to shed light on certain definitions, and to shed light on the challenges of innovation in Islamic finance.

Les principes fondamentaux de l’islam s’appliquent aux transactions financières comme aux autres domaines de la vie des musulmans.Et face à la demande croissante de nouveaux produits financiers islamique, seule une innovation financière moderne et créative, dans un esprit chariatique épanoui et novateur, serait de même à faire sortir la jeune industrie de la finance islamique du sentier battu des produits réplicatifs vers de nouveaux instruments propresl’objectif de cet article de projeter la lumière sur certaines définitions, et éclairer les véritables défis de l’innovation en finance islamique.
