المستخلص: موضوع البحث: علم التفسير إن بتحقيق ما أثر من مخطوطات عن علماءنا الإجلاء في علوم شريعتنا ودراستها يتحقق هدف جليل في صيانة هذه النصوص الثمينة، وإخراجها على أسس محكمة من أداء النقل، فهي الوثائق التاريخية التي خطت بالأيدي الشاهدة على حضارة هذه الأمة العريقة؛ وسعة علم الأقدمين من علماءها الأجلاء، وكذا فإن من أبرز أهداف دراسة وتحقيق هذه المخطوطات هو إخراجها للنور، لتعود بالنفع على أهل العلم من طلبة، وباحثين، وأحدى هذه النصوص المخطوطة هي رسالة متعلقة بتفسير قوله تعالى في أوائل سورة الشعراء لمصنفها القاضي عبد الباقي بن طورسون زاده (ت ١٠١٥ ه) رحمه الله، وقد عمدت إلى دراسة وتحقيق هذا النص بأسلوب النقل والتحقيق العلمي الدقيق، من توثيق ما ورد في المخطوط من نصوص، وترجمة للإعلام الوارد ذكرهم من قبل المصنف، وبيان ما ورد من مصطلحات تحتاج إلى تعريف، وهذا بعد أن عرفت بالمصنف، والمصنف بدراسة مستفيضة، خاصة أن المصنف بن طورسون لم يحظ بدراسة سابقة، فكان التعريف به، وبمصنفاته وتحقيق إحدى مخطوطاته هو من أبرز النتائج التي خرجت بها من هذه الدراسة، وكذا فإن من النتائج أيضا التعريف بمنهج المصنف وأسلوبه المتنوع في التفسير، والنقل عن من سبقه من العلماء. ومن أهم التوصيات: البحث في مصنفات ابن طورسون، وإضافة رسالته هذه إلى مجموع مصنفاته في كتب التراجم، وفهارس الكتب، بعد أن أبصرت النور بالظهور بالدراسة والتحقيق.

The Poets of its compiler, Al-Qadi Abdul-Baqi bin Tursun Zad AH (died 1015 AH), may Allah have mercy on him, and I have studied and the realization of this text by the method of transmission and accurate scientific investigation, by documenting the texts contained in the manuscript, and a translation of the information mentioned by the author, and a statement of the terms that need to be defined, and this is after that I knew the work, and the work was studied extensively, especially since the work of Ibn Thorson did not have a previous study, Introducing him, his works and the investigation of one of his manuscripts was one of the most prominent results that I came out with from these. The study, from the results, the definition of the workbook’s approach and its diverse method of interpretation, and quoting from whom. It was preceded by scholars. Among the most important recommendations: researching the works of Ibn Thorson, and adding this message to the sum of his works.
