المستخلص: تنطلق فكرة الدراسة من رأي نقدي، وحكم علمي أصدره ضياء الدين ابن الأثير في كتابه المثل السائر في أدب الكاتب والشاعر عند حديثه عن النوع الرابع من أنوع الصناعة المعنوية، وهو الالتفات، فقد قال: "وهذا النوع وما يليه هو خلاصة علم البيان التي حولها يدندن، وإليها تستند البلاغة، وعنها يعنعن"، والنوعان المقصودان من هذه المزايا العلمية والنقدية التي ذكرها ابن الأثير، هما: الالتفات، والتوكيد بالضميرين، وهما نوعان يري ابن الأثير أنهما خلاصة علم البيان، وأن علم البيان يدندن حولهما، وأن البلاغة تستند إليهما، وعليهما تدور مباحث البلاغة الأخرى. وهذا الحكم النقدي القطعي من عالم كبير، وبلاغي دقيق، وناقد معتبر يستحق العناية والاهتمام، وإعادة النظر في أصول الحكم ومرجعياته النظرية والتطبيقية، وتبيين مدى التزامه به في اختياراته وتقريراته وأحكامه وتعليقاته. وبهذا تقوم فكرة الدراسة على اختبار هذا الحكم النقدي، والرأي البلاغي، وتبين الأسباب التي دفعت ابن الأثير إلى إطلاقه، والاحتجاج له، والوقوف على أثره في منهجه واختياراته، والعمل على قراءة هذين النوعين قراءة بلاغية أسلوبية تبرز المنهج المتبع، وتظهر مدى دقة الاختيار، وتناقش الأحكام الواردة فيهما، مع محاولة الوصول إلى أسرار تفردهما عن بقية أنوع الصناعتين اللفظية والمعنوية المذكورة في كتابه. ويبرز هذا الجزء -محط الدراسة-بعض ملامح التفكير البلاغي عند ابن الأثير، ومدى اطرد المنهج عنده، مع إظهار جوانب الأثر والتأثير في المنهج والأسلوب والتحليل والاختيارات التطبيقية.

The key theme of this study is stemmed from a critical opinion that is scientifically decided by Diaa al-Din Ibn al-Atheer in his book Almathal alsa’er fi adab alkateb wa Alsha’er,in English, The Propagating Proverb in the Literary Background of the Author and the Poet. In this book, Ibn Al-atheer tackles the fourth type of morality which he named as eltifat, whose equivalent in English is attention. He states that: this type and what’s after it is the essence of the science of Albayan, and what the rhetoric leans towards and is all about”, and the two types that are meant by these scientific and critical features that were mentioned by Ibn Alatheer are: the attention and the emphasis by two pronouns. According to Ibn Alatheer, these two types are the essence of the science of statement, and it keeps mentioning them, and Albalaghah, which means rhetoric, is based on, and what other researches in Albalaghah are about and how they revolve other rhetoric investigations. This definitive critical judgment from a well-known scientist, an accurate rhetorician, and a significant critic deserves attention and consideration. A reconsideration of the essential principles of rhetoric reasoning, its theoretical and applied references and its methodology. Moreover, it helps explaining how far he is committed to his choices, reports, and comments. Therefore, the focus of this study is based on investigating Ibn Al-Atheer's critical judgment and the rhetorical opinion. It also demonstrates the reasons that prompted Ibn al-Atheer to launch it and support it in his approach and choices. Moreover, in an attempt to reach the secrets of their uniqueness from the rest of the types of verbal and sentimental references mentioned in his book, this work aims at reading these two rhetorical types in a stylistic manner to highlight the approach followed, show the accuracy of the choice, and discuss the provisions contained therein. This part highlights some features of rhetorical thinking of Ibn al-Atheer and examines how consistent his method is. It also discusses the extent to which the curriculum is steady, while showing aspects of impact and influence on the curriculum, method, analysis and applied choices.
