|a أصبحت إدارات المؤسسات تولي أهمية كبيرة بالعنصر البشري من خلال البحث عن العوامل المؤثرة في إنتاجية وكفاءة العاملين حيث يسعى المسؤولين إلى أن يصلوا العمال إلى أقصى كفاءة ممكنة ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تعمل هاته الإدارات على توفير اليد العاملة المؤهلة وإكسابهم المهارات المطلوبة للقيام بأعمالهم وللترقية دور جد هام في ذلك، وهذه الدراسة تهدف إلى معرفة دور الترقية سواء كانت عن طريق الكفاءة أو عن طريق الأقدمية في تحسين أداء العمال بالمؤسسات الرياضية وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لأنه الملائم للدراسة وتم اختيار العينة بطريقة مقصودة وعددها 23 موظف، أما الأدوات الإحصائية فاستخدمنا اختبار كا2 والنسب المئوية، وجاءت نتائج الدراسة كالتالي: لنظام الترقية دور في الرفع من أداء العمال في المؤسسات الرياضية وذلك نظرا لأهمية الحوافز المادية والمعنوية وتأثيرها في سلوك الموظفين واستقرارهم، وكل من الترقية بالأقدمية أو عن طريق الكفاءة لها أهمية في تحسين الأداء داخل هاته المؤسسات.
|b The administrations of the institutions have become attaching great importance to the human element by searching for the factors affecting the productivity and efficiency of the workers, as officials seek to bring the workers to the maximum possible efficiency. So this study aims to know the role of promotion, whether through efficiency or through seniority in improving the performance of workers in sports institutions. We used the descriptive approach because it is appropriate for the study, the sample was chosen in an intentional way, and it was 23 employees. As for the statistical tools, we used the X² test and percentage, and the results of the study were as follows: The promotion has a role in raising the performance of workers in sports institutions, given the importance of material and moral incentives and their impact on the behavior and stability of employees, and both promotion by seniority or through efficiency are important in improving performance within these institutions.
