520 |a إن الناظر في أحاديث النبي (صلى الله عليه وسلم) يجد أن بعض الأحاديث قد يقع بينها التعارض الظاهري، ومن هذه الأحاديث، أحاديث لقيا النبي (صلى الله عليه وسلم) بالجن، حيث جاءت روايات نثبت لقاء النبي (صلى الله عليه وسلم) بالجن، وروايات تنفي لقائه (صلى الله عليه وسلم) بهم فقمت بجمع هذه الروايات، ولم أقتصر فيها على الكتب التسعة فقط، بل ربما توسعت في ذلك بحسب ما تيسر لي مادام ذلك في نطاق البحث ويفيده، ورتبتها ودرستها دراسة حديثية، ووفقت بين متعارضها في ضوء أقوال أهل العلم، بما فتح الله به على، وبينت الراجح منها، وجاءت خطة البحث على النحو التالي: مقدمة، ومدخل، وفصلين، وخاتمة: أما المدخل: فجاء فيه الحديث عن: حقيقة التعارض، وأقسامه، وبعض الحقائق عن الجن، وأما الفصل الأول: الأحاديث التي يوهم ظاهرها التعارض في إثبات لقاء النبي بالجن وعدم اللقاء وفيه مبحثان: المبحث الأول: الأحاديث التي تثبت لقاء النبي (صلى الله عليه وسلم) بالجن. والمبحث الثاني: الأحاديث التي تنفي لقام النبي (صلى الله عليه وسلم) بالجن. وأما الفصل الثاني: التوفيق بين هذه الأحاديث التي يوهم ظاهرها التعارض. وفيه ثلاثة مباحث: المبحث الأول: التوفيق بين الأحاديث التي تثبت لقاء النبي (صلى الله عليه وسلم) بالجن، والأحاديث التي تنفي اللقاء. والمبحث الثاني: التوفيق بين الأحاديث التي تثبت وجود بعض الصحابة رضى الله عنهم، والأحاديث التي تنفي وجود أحد منهم عند لقاء النبي (صلى الله عليه وسلم) بالجن. والمبحث الثالث: وفيه: أهم المسائل المتعلقة بالأحاديث. وأما الخاتمة: ففيها أهم ما توصلت إليه في هذا البحث من نتائج، وتوصيات، وأهم المصادر والمراجع، وفهرس الموضوعات. هذا وقد اتبعت في هذا البحث المنهج: (الاستقرائي- التحليلي- المقارن). ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها: ١- عدم وجود تعارض حقيقي بين أحاديث الإثبات والنفي في لقيا النبي (صلى الله عليه وسلم) بالجن، وإنما التعارض الذي وقع بين هذه الأحاديث من باب التعارض الظاهري، وقد وفقت بينها بفضل الله تعالى في ضوء أقوال أهل العلم ٢- إثبات لقاء النبي بالجن وتلاوته عليهم القرآن، ودعوتهم للإسلام، إلى غير ذلك من الأمور التي وردت في شأنهم، وقد نص على ذلك صريح القرآن والسنة النبوية ٣- إن الصحابة الكرام رضى الله عنهم لم يروا الجن في صورته الحقيقية، وإنما رأوه على تشكلهم. وأما عن اهم التوصيات: فأوصي بالاهتمام بالكتابة في علم مختلف الحديث، والذي من مهامه إزالة الإشكال بين النصوص التي ظاهرها التعارض، والتوفيق بينها.  |b The viewer in the hadiths of the Prophet □ finds that some hadiths may fall between them apparent conflict, and these hadiths, hadiths of the Prophet met □ with the jinn, where there came narrations proving the meeting of the Prophet □ with the jinn, and narrations denying his meeting □ with them, so I collected these narrations, and I did not limit them to the nine books only, but perhaps expanded in that as I could as long as this is within the scope of research and benefits him, And arranged and studied a modern study, and reconciled between the conflicting in the light of the sayings of the people of knowledge, including God opened it on, and showed the most correct ones, and the research plan came as follows: Introduction, entrance, and two chapters, and conclusion: The entrance: It came to talk about: the truth of the conflict, and its sections, and some facts about the jinn, and the first chapter: hadiths that illusion apparent contradiction in proving the Prophet's meeting with the jinn and not meeting and it has two sections: The first topic: the hadiths that prove the meeting of the Prophet □ with the jinn. The second topic: hadiths that deny the meeting of the Prophet □ with the jinn. As for the second chapter: reconciling these hadiths, which appear to be contradictory. It has three sections: The first topic: reconciling the hadiths that prove the meeting of the Prophet □ with the jinn, and the hadiths that deny the meeting. The second topic: reconciling the hadiths that prove the existence of some of the Companions, may God be pleased with them, and the hadiths that deny the existence of one of them when meeting the Prophet □ with the jinn. And the third topic: in it: the most important issues related to hadiths. As for the conclusion: it contains the most important findings in this research of results, recommendations, the most important sources and references, and an index of topics. In this research, the approach was followed: (inductive- analytical- comparative). Among the most important findings: 1- There is no real contradiction between the hadiths of proof and denial in the Prophet’s encounter with the jinn, but the conflict that occurred between these hadiths as a matter of apparent contradiction, and I have reconciled them thanks to God Almighty in the light of the sayings of the people of knowledge 2- Proof of the Prophet's meeting with the jinn and his recitation of the Qur'an to them, and their call to Islam, to other things that were mentioned in their regard, This has been explicitly stated in the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophetr- The honorable companions, may Allah be pleased with them, did not see the jinn in its true form, but they saw it in their formation. As for the most important recommendations: I recommend paying attention to writing in the science of various hadiths, which is one of its tasks to remove the problem between texts that appear to be contradictory, and to reconcile them.
