المستخلص: سعت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة درجة ممارسة مديري مدارس لواء الرمثا للقيادة الملهمة وعلاقتها بالتميز الوظيفي خلال الأزمات من وجهة نظر المعلمين. ولتحقيق ذلك تم، إعداد أدوات الدراسة بعد أن تم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها. واشتملت هذه الأدوات على استبانة القيادة الملهمة، واستبانة التميز الوظيفي. وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (410) معلما ومعلمة. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة مديري مدارس لواء الرمثا للقيادة الملهمة جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، وأن مستوى التميز الوظيفي للمعلمين خلال الأزمات جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، ووجود علاقة إيجابية دالة إحصائيا بين درجة ممارسة مديري مدارس لواء الرمثا للقيادة الملهمة ومستوى التميز الوظيفي للمعلمين خلال الأزمات من وجهة نظر المعلمين. وبناء على ذلك، توصي الدراسة بقيام القيادات التربوية والتعليمية بتوفير فرص تدريبية للمعلمين وتمكينهم من طرح أفكارهم والعمل على تطويرها لتتناسب والظروف والأزمات الطارئة، وتعزيز معارف المديرين ومهاراتهم بالقيادة الملهمة وتطبيقاتها في مجال الممارسات التربوية، من خلال برامج التدريب وورش العمل واللقاءات التربوية.

The study sought to know the teacher of Al-Ramtha District schools for inspirational leadership and its relationship to career excellence during crises from the teachers' point of view. To achieve this, the study tools were prepared after verifying their validity and reliability. These tools included the Inspirational Leadership Questionnaire, and the Job Excellence Questionnaire. The correlative descriptive approach has been studied. The study sample consisted of (410) male and female teachers. The results of the study showed that the degree to which the Ramtha district school principals practiced inspiring leadership came to a high degree. And that the level of professional excellence of teachers during crises came to a high degree, And there is a positive, statistically significant relationship between the degree of inspiring leadership practice by the Ramtha district school principals and the level of teachers' job excellence during crises from the teachers' point of view. Accordingly, the study recommends that educational leaders provide training opportunities for teachers and enable them to.
