هدف البحث الحالي معرفة دور الأصول الفلسفية والاجتماعية والثقافية في تنمية الإبداع والموهبة والتفوق لدى أطفال ما قبل المدرسة في مرحلة رياض الأطفال، وتتبع الدور الحالي لمؤسسات رياض الأطفال في تنمية الإبداع والموهبة والتفوق لدى الأطفال في هذه المرحلة. واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج الاستنباطي، وتوصل البحث لنتائج عدة منها: 1-يعد الإبداع والتفوق والموهبة أحد أهم المقومات الرئيسة في تكوين شخصية الفرد بصفة عامة، وأطفال رياض الأطفال بصفة خاصة، إذ أنه من الأساسيات التي يرتقي بها التفكير الإنساني ومن خلالها. 2-يمثل الأطفال المبدعون الثروة البشرية التي يجب على الدول اكتشافها وإطلاق طاقاتها واستثمارها لصالح تقدمها في العالم. 3-تلعب الأسرة دروا مؤثرا في حياة طفل الروضة المبدع والمتفوق والموهوب، وفي تعزيز مواهبه وقدراته ومساعدته على تنميتها وفي إشباع احتياجاته المتنوعة. 4-إن المنهج في الوطن العربي لا زال تلقينيا يبتعد عن روح الإبداع وما زال متخلفًا عن ركب الحضارة العالمي ولا يراعي مستوى التطور الفكري للطالب العربي في زمن الإنترنت والفضائيات التي تبث تطورا متلاحقا. 5-أن معلمة رياض الأطفال يجب عليها أن تتفهم طبيعة الإبداع لدى طفل الروضة، وتقديم الخبرات لطفل الروضة بشكل متكامل لتنمية إبداعه، واستخدام أساليب التدريس اللازمة لتنمية الإبداع لطفل الروضة. وقد توصل البحث لعدة توصيات منها: 1-توعية معلمات رياض الأطفال بخصائص الأطفال المبدعين والموهوبين والمتفوقين، وأساليب الكشف عنهم وحل مشكلاتهم، وأن يكونوا على وعي ودراية كافية بالفروق الفردية والسمات العقلية والعاطفية بين الأطفال المبدعين والموهوبين والمتفوقين من ناحية وبين باقي الأطفال من ناحية أخرى. 2-ضرورة الكشف عن الأطفال المبدعين والمتفوقين والموهوبين، ومعاونة معلمات الروضة في تطوير الوسائل التي يعتمدن عليها في مؤسسات رياض الأطفال.
The aim of the current research is to know the role of philosophical, social and cultural assets in developing creativity, talent and excellence among pre-school children in the kindergarten stage, and to trace the current role of kindergarten institutions in developing creativity, talent and excellence among children at this stage. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method and the deductive method, and the research reached the following results: 1.Creativity, excellence and talent are one of the most important basic ingredients in forming the personality of the individual in general, and kindergarten children in particular, as it is one of the basics by which and through which human thinking advances. 2.Creative children represent the human wealth that countries must discover, unleash their energies and invest them for the sake of their progress in the world. 3.The family plays an influential role in the life of the creative, superior and talented kindergarten child, in enhancing his talents and abilities, helping him develop them and satisfying his various needs. 4.The curriculum in the Arab world is still indoctrination away from the spirit of creativity and still lags behind the global civilization and does not take into account the level of intellectual development of the Arab student in the era of the Internet and satellite channels that broadcast successive development. 5.The kindergarten teacher must understand the nature of creativity in the kindergarten child, provide experiences to the kindergarten child in an integrated manner to develop his creativity, and use the teaching methods necessary to develop the creativity of the kindergarten child. The research reached several recommendations, including: 1.Awareness of kindergarten teachers about the characteristics of creative, talented and talented children, and the methods of detecting them and solving their problems, and to be aware and sufficiently aware of the individual differences and mental and emotional characteristics between creative, talented and talented children on the one hand and the rest of the children on the other hand. 2. The necessity of revealing the creative, talented and talented children, and assisting the kindergarten teachers in developing the means that they depend on in the kindergarten institutions.
