يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على نظام اليقظة الاستراتيجية وعلاقتها بتحسين التنمية المستدامة داخل مديرية الشباب والرياضة بمحافظة المنيا، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب (الدراسات المسحية)، وذلك لملائمته لتحقيق هدف البحث ومناسبته لطبيعة إجراءاته. يتمثل مجتمع البحث في الأخصائيين الرياضيين بمديرية الشباب والرياضة بمحافظة المنيا والمتمثل في الفئات التالية: (كبير أخصائيين، أخصائي درجة أولى، أخصائي درجة ثانية، أخصائي درجة ثالثة)، والبالغ عددهم (٧١٩) سبعة مائة وتسعة عشر أخصائي، وقام الباحث باختيار العينة بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية من مجتمع البحث بلغ قوامها (١٩٠) مائة وتسعون أخصائي بنسبة مئوية قدرها (26.42%)، وقد قام الباحث باختيار عدد (٢٤) أربعة وعشرون أخصائي للعينة الاستطلاعية ومن خارج عينة البحث الأصلية. استخدم الباحث عدد (٢) استبيان الأول يهدف إلى التعرف على درجة توافر نظام اليقظة الاستراتيجية بمديرية الشباب والرياضة بمحافظة المنيا، والثاني يهدف إلى التعرف على واقع التنمية المستدامة بمديرية الشباب والرياضة بمحافظة المنيا وجميعهم من (إعداد الباحث). وكانت من أهم النتائج ضعف درجة توافر نظام اليقظة الاستراتيجية بمديرية الشباب والرياضة بمحافظة المنيا، ضعف واقع التنمية المستدامة بمديرية الشباب والرياضة بمحافظة المنيا، وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة موجبة بين نظام اليقظة الاستراتيجية وتحسين التنمية المستدامة بمديرية الشباب والرياضة بمحافظة المنيا. وكان من أهم التوصيات ضرورة الإلتزام بتطبيق اليقظة الاستراتيجية وتفعيل نشاطها بصفة دائمة والقيام بدورات تكوينية تتضمن برامجها طرق وأساليب اليقظة، ضرورة توفير كوادر متخصصة في كيفية تطبيق مؤشرات التنمية المستدامة لإدارة المؤسسات الرياضية المختلفة.
The research aims to identify the strategic vigilance system and its relationship to improving sustainable development within the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Minia Governorate, The researcher used the descriptive approach in the manner of (survey studies), due to its suitability to achieve the goal of the research and its suitability to the nature of its procedures. The research community is represented by sports specialists in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Minya Governorate, which is represented in the following categories: (senior specialist, first-degree specialist, second-degree specialist, third-degree specialist), and their number is (719) seven hundred and nineteen specialists, and the researcher selected the sample by the stratified method The randomness of the research community consisted of (190) one hundred and ninety specialists, with a percentage of (26.42%), and the researcher selected (24) twenty-four specialists for the reconnaissance sample from outside the original research sample. The researcher used (2) questionnaires, the first aimed at identifying the degree of availability of the strategic vigilance system in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Minya Governorate, and the second aimed at identifying the reality of sustainable development in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Minya Governorate, all of which were (prepared by the researcher). Among the most important results was the poor availability of the strategic vigilance system in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Minya Governorate, the weak reality of sustainable development in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Minya Governorate, and the existence of a positive correlation between the strategic vigilance system and the improvement of sustainable development in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Minya Governorate. One of the most important recommendations was the need to commit to applying strategic vigilance and activating its activity on a permanent basis, and to carry out training courses whose programs include methods and methods of vigilance, the need to provide specialized cadres on how to apply sustainable development indicators to manage various sports institutions.
