المستخلص: إن السنة النبوية تحتوي علي منهج متكامل للبناء الفكري والسلوكي والنفسي والأخلاقي سواء في أسسه أو أهدافه أو مراحله أو أساليبه ووسائله، والمنهج النبوي كفيل بضبط وتوجيه الحياة بكل ما يعتريها من محن وابتلاءات، نحو تحقيق السعادة في الدنيا والآخرة، فهو ليس فلسفة بشرية ولا نظرية وضعية تحتمل القبول أو الرفض، بل هو منهج رباني يعرف حقيقة الإنسان وتكوينه ويضع العلاج الشامل الكفيل بتحقيق السعادة في الدنيا والأخرة، ولقد اتخذ النبي صلي الله عليه وسلم منهجا تربويا تقويميا مثاليا، أصولا وفروعا، واقعي التطبيق، يصلح لأن يقتدى به في كل ذلك، ولقد تجسد البعد الإنسان بشكل قوي وبارز في منهج الرسول صلي الله عليه وسلم وهو يقوم الفكر والسلوك بمنهجية وشمولية تستوعب جوانب الحياة الإنسانية المختلفة، وأبان البحث عن أثر التأني والتثبت في جميع أمورنا وقرارتنا وتفكيرنا حتى لا نقع في الأخطاء واللوم والنقد، وقد عالج البحث مسألة الأناة وكيف السبيل إليها، وفيه ذكر لبعض ما يتطلب الأناة في ضوء هدي النبي صلي الله عليه وسلم ومنها: الأناة في العبادات، والأناة في القضاء والحكم علي الآخر، والأناة في المحن والشدائد، والأناة في التفكير، والأناة في التثبت، ثم ذيلت البحث بخاتمة وفهرس بأهم المصادر والمراجع .

The Sunnah of the Prophet contains an integrated approach to intellectual, behavioral, psychological and moral constructions, whether in its foundations, objectives, stages, methods or means. The Prophetic approach is competent in controlling and directing life, with all its adversities and afflictions, towards realizing happiness in this world and the hereafter, as it is not a human philosophy nor a developed theory that is subject to acceptance or rejection, rather it is Allah's approach Who knows the reality of man and his formation and puts in place the comprehensive treatment that guarantees achieving happiness in this world and the hereafter. The Prophet (may Allah prayers and peace be upon him) embraced an exemplary educational and reformist approach in principles and branches that are realistic in application. The approach is suitable to be emulated in all walks of life. The human dimension has been embodied in a strong and prominent way in the approach of the Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace). The Prophet's approach reforms thought and behavior in a systematic and comprehensive way that includes the different aspects of human life. The research explained the effect of deliberateness and verification in all our affairs, decisions and thinking, so that we do not fall in error, blame or criticism. The research dealt with the issue of deliberateness and how to realize it. In the research, the researcher mentioned some of what requires deliberateness according to the guidance of the Prophet (may Allah bless and grant him peace), such as deliberateness in acts of worship, in ruling and judging the other, in adversity, in thinking and in verifying. A conclusion and an index of the most important sources and references were appended to the research.
