المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين كل من: الابتزاز العاطفي، والضغوط المهنية، والإجهاد النفسي لدى عينة من أعضاء الهيئة المعاونة بكلية التربية - جامعة الإسكندرية، واستخدم تحقيقًا لأهدافه- المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (60) عضوًا من أعضاء الهيئة المعاونة بكلية التربية- جامعة الإسكندرية، طبقت عليهم المقاييس الآتية: مقياس الابتزاز العاطفي (إعداد الباحثة)، ومقياس الضغوط المهنية (إعداد الباحثة)، ومقياس الإجهاد النفسي (إعداد الباحثة)، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة موجبة دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (0,01) بين المجموع الكلي للابتزاز العاطفي، وبين بعدي: ضغوط العمل، وبيئة العمل للضغوط المهنية، ومجموعها الكلى؛ لدى عينة من أعضاء الهيئة المعاونة بكلية التربية - جامعة الإسكندرية، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا عند مستوى دلالة (0,01) في الإجهاد النفسي لدى عينة من الهيئة المعاونة، بكلية التربية - جامعة الإسكندرية؛ تبعًا لمتغير النوع، وذلك لصالح الإناث. وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا عند مستوى دلالة (0,05) في الضغوط المهنية لدى عينة من الهيئة المعاونة، بكلية التربية -جامعة الإسكندرية تبعًا لمتغيري: الدرجة العلمية، والتخصص، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا عند مستوى دلالة (0,01) في الضغوط المهنية؛ لدى عينة من الهيئة المعاونة، بكلية التربية -جامعة الإسكندرية؛ تبعًا لمتغير التخصص، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا عند مستوى دلالة (0,01) في الإجهاد النفسي؛ لدى عينة من الهيئة المعاونة، بكلية التربية -جامعة الإسكندرية؛ تبعًا لمتغير النوع؛ وذلك لصالح الإناث.

The study aimed to know the relationship between: emotional blackmail, occupational stress, and psychological stress among a sample of members of the assistant body at the Faculty of Education - University of Alexandria. To achieve its objectives, the descriptive correlative approach was used, and the study sample consisted of (60) members of the assistant body. At the Faculty of Education - Alexandria University, the following scales were applied to them: the emotional blackmail scale (prepared by the researcher), the occupational stress scale (prepared by the researcher), and the psychological stress scale (prepared by the researcher). The results of the study concluded that there is a positive, statistically significant relationship at the level of significance (0.01) between the total sum of emotional blackmail, and the two dimensions of: work stress, work environment for occupational stress, and their total sum. Among a sample of the members of the supporting body at the Faculty of Education - Alexandria University, and the presence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.01) in psychological stress among a sample of the supporting body, at the Faculty of Education - Alexandria University; According to the gender variable, in favor of females. And there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) in occupational stress among a sample of the assistant staff, Faculty of Education - University of Alexandria, according to the two variables: academic degree, specialization, and the presence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.01) in occupational stress; I have a sample from the supporting body, Faculty of Education - Alexandria University; According to the variable of specialization, and there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.01) in psychological stress; I have a sample from the supporting body, Faculty of Education - Alexandria University; depending on the type variable; This is for the benefit of females.
