المستخلص: هناك العديد من السلع التي يتم تداولها في السوق غير المشروعة، كالأسلحة والأعضاء البشرية والسلع غير الأصلية، والمخدرات التي هي موضوع ورقتنا هذه. فالمخدرات سواء الطبيعية منها، أو المصنعة أو نصف المصنعة، يتم نقلها من بلد إلى بلد ومن إقليم إلى أخر ومن قارة إلى أخرى عبر عملية التهريب، مرورا ببعض البلدان التي تم تصنيفها بدول العبور كالجزائر. ونظرا لشاسعة التراب الوطني، وطول الحدود مع أكبر منتج لراتنج القنب في العالم وتقاسم الحدود مع بعض دول الساحل، صعب على أجهزة مكافحة المخدرات في الجزائر القضاء على نشاط عصابات التهريب إلا أنها نجحت في إحباط العديد من عملياتها الإجرامية. نهدف من خلال هذه الورقة تحليل الوضع من عدة أبعاد تشخيصا للواقع وتقييما لمجهودات التصدي المبذولة من طرف السلطات الجزائرية.

Many products are traded on the illicit market, such as weapons, human organs, non-genuine goods and drugs, which are the subject of this document. Whether natural, manufactured or semi-manufactured, drugs are transported from one country to another, from one region to another and from one continent to another through the smuggling process, passing through transit countries, such as Algeria. Due to the vastness of the national territory, the length of the border with the world's largest producer of cannabis resin and the sharing of borders with some Sahel countries, it has been difficult for Algerian anti-drug services to eliminate the activity of smuggling gangs. Important results have been achieved, however, in the operations of interception of the quantities transferred and the arrest of the criminals.

Qu’elles soient naturelles, manufacturées ou semi-fabriquées, les drogues sont transportées de pays à un autre, d’une région à une autre et d’un continent à un autre par le processus de contrebande, en passant par des pays de transit, comme l’Algérie. En raison de l’immensité du territoire national, de la longueur de la frontière avec le plus grand producteur de résine de cannabis au monde et du partage des frontières avec certains pays du Sahel, il a été difficile pour services antidrogue algériens d’éliminer l’activité des gangs de contrebande. Mais d’importants résultats ont été, cependant, réalisés dans les opérations d’interception des quantités transférées et l’arrestation des criminels.
