المستخلص: يعالج هذا المقال الأسس التي بنى عليها علماء الإسلام منهج النظرية العلمية التاريخية، موضحين في البداية واقع التفكير العربي قبل ظهور الإسلام والذي كان يقوم على مسارين أساسين هما: "أيام العرب" و "الأنساب"، وكيف انعكس على التفكير العلمي البدائي عندهم، ولما جاء الإسلام غير جذريا ذلك التفكير بناء على قواعد جديدة كان لها أبلغ الأثر في بناء نظرية جديدة أسست للمنهج التاريخي العلمي، قوامها: العقيدة الإسلامية ودورها في بناء العقل التاريخي العربي؛ والظروف المستجدة في العصر الإسلامي ومدى تأثيرها المباشر على تطور الكتابة والتفكير التاريخيين عند العرب.

This article deals with the structural rules of establishing the historical scientific theory approach by Islamic scholars. It explains the reality of Arab thinking before the emergence of Islam, which is based on two basic paths: ‘Days of the Arabs’ and ‘genealogies. And when Islam came, it radically changed that thinking based on new rules that had the greatest impact in building a new theory that established the scientific historical method; its strength was based on: The Islamic faith and its role in building the Arab historical mind; The emerging circumstances in the Islamic era and the extent of their direct impact on the development of historical writing and thinking among the Arabs.

Nous traitons dans cet article les règles structurelles de construction de la méthode de la théorie scientifique historique par les érudits musulmans. Dans un premier temps, nous décrirons la réalité de la pensée arabe avant l'émergence de l'islam, en mettant en exergue sa construction sur deux principes fondamentaux, le temps des Arabes et la généalogie et les effets de cette pensée sur le niveau de la pensée scientifique au cours de cette période. Dans un second temps, nous expliquerons comment l’Islam a radicalement changé cette pensée sur de nouvelles règles de pensée permettant ainsi la construction d'une nouvelle théorie établie sur la méthode scientifique historique et l’émergence d’un l'esprit historique arabe.
