The freedom of information and data circulation contributes to building and consolidating the rules of democratic countries. The renaissance of nations can only be achieved by this and the participation of individuals with the administration in the conduct of public affairs. With the freedom of information circulation, we can achieve all the requirements of real development and support the confidence of individuals in the administration’s dealings by achieving transparency. The information technology revolution has brought about enormous social changes, especially with regard to the tremendous growth in the interactive relations between the communications and information sector and other social sectors, which was clearly confirmed during the last quarter of the twentieth century, as technologically advanced societies became described as information societies, which suggests that this revolution Informatics has moved human societies to a new stage of social development. |
