المستخلص: يتناول هذا البحث موضوع: "نفي الفارق بين القبل والدبر في الأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بالوطء في مسائل العبادات"، بهدف تحرير مصطلح "نفي الفارق"، وأثره على الأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بالوطء، وقد اتبعت في بحثي المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي، فذكرت أقوال الفقهاء في المسألة بأدلتها، ومناقشتها، وصولا للقول الراجح، وترجع أهمية البحث إلى ربط الفروع الفقهية بالأصول، وهو ربط عملي مفيد في باب العبادات، وقد توصل الباحث إلى العديد من النتائج، لعل أهمها وأبرزها: أن لنفي الفارق بين القبل والدبر أثرا واضحا وملموسا في المسائل المذكورة في البحث، وهي مسألة: وجوب الفسل من الجنابة، ومسألة: فساد صوم رمضان ووجوب الكفارة، ومسألة: فساد الاعتكاف، ومسألة: فساد الحج.

This research deals with the topic of: " Difference in negation between vagina and anus in the jurisprudential rulings related to the intercourse in the matter of worship (Ibadah)” with the aim to analysis the term " Difference in negation " (“Naf’ u Al Fariq”) and its impact on the jurisprudential rulings related to the intercourse. I have followed the Methodology of inductive analytical method in this research. I have mentioned the opinions of the jurisprudential scholars regarding this matter with their evidence and discussion up to reach into the most preferred opinion and the importance of the research goes to link the jurisprudential branches with the principals which is a useful and practical link in the chapter of worship. The researcher has reached into many results and the most important and prominent of those results are that, the difference in negation between vagina and anus has a clear and palpable effect in the above mentioned matters mentioned in the research. Those are the matters of: obligation of bath from Janabah (impurity), deterioration of fasting in the month of Ramadan, obligation of penance, deterioration of E’tikaf (staying at mosque in the holy month of Ramadan) and deterioration of Hajj (pilgrimage).
