تعتبر الأسرة الخلية الأولى للمجتمع، وتربط بينهما علاقة وطيدة، فصلاح الأسرة صلاح للمجتمع، وصلاح المجتمع هو صلاح للأسرة. لذلك قد اخترنا لهذا البحث موضوع "تجليات ترسيخ مدونة الأسرة لمنظومة القيم الأخلاقية"، لما للأسرة من دور كبير في ترسيخ القيم الأخلاقية داخل المجتمع وتحافظ على ثباته واستقراره، وزرع القيم النبيلة داخل أفرداه. وإن من أهم أهداف هذا البحث إبراز دور مدونة الأسرة في مجال ترسيخ منظومة القيم، خصوصا لدى أفراد الأسرة في علاقتهم مع بعضهم البعض وكذلك في علاقتهم مع الغير. وقد تمت الإجابة عن مجموعة من الأسئلة، من أهمها: ما هي أهم المقتضيات القانونية التي اعتمدتها مدونة الأسرة في ترسيخ منظومة القيم الأخلاقية لدى أفراد الأسرة؟ وإلى أي حد استطاعت المدونة النجاح في هذا المجال؟ وهل المدونة هي المسؤول الوحيد عن تردي منظومة القيم داخل الأسرة والمجتمع المغربي؟ وفي نهاية البحث تم الوصول إلى مجموعة من النتائج والمقترحات، لعل من أهمها أن مدونة الأسرة المغربية ليست الوحيدة المسؤولة عن تردي منظومة القيم داخل الأسرة والمجتمع، فالنص القانوني لا يمكنه لوحده أن يغير حال الواقع الاجتماعي.
The family is the first element of society, and there is a close relationship between the two of them. The strength of the family is the strength of society, and vice versa. Therefore, we have chosen for this research the topic “Manifestations of the Consolidation of the Family Code of the Moral Values System”, because of the family’s great role in consolidating moral values within society and maintaining its stability and persistence, and implanting noble values within its members. One of the mos t important objectives of this research is to highlight the role of the family code in the field of consolidating the value system, especially among family members in their relationship with each other as well as in their relationship with others. A number of questions have been answered, the most important of which are: What are the most important legal requirements adopted by the Family Code in consolidating the system of moral values among family members? To what extent it has succeeded in this area? And finally, Is the so called “Moudawana” solely responsible for the deterioration of the value system within the Moroccan family and society? At the end of the research, a set of results and proposals were reached, the most important of which is that the Moroccan family code was not solely responsible for the deterioration of the value system within the family and society because the legal text alone cannot change the state of social reality.
